Haaland is a pure striker as gyokeres is more like ronaldo, a awewsome striker but not a pure striker.

Gyökeres is a rough and tough old-style striker like Haaland but not as physically strong, although still stronger than most. He is, however, much faster and very vertical while also being quite good technically speaking while Haaland, while a great finisher and better at aerial play, including heading, he seems a bit stiff technically-wise. Gyökeres is already 26 years of age, though, so he has two years on Haaland. He is on the "make it or break it" phase of his carrear. To be honest, I don't understand how a player with these attributes went under the radar for so long. He really is one of the top 5 best strikers currently in World Football, no doubt.

As a Swede, I am really happy that we have brought out such a talent, even if he blossomed late perhaps. My dream is that he joins Arsenal. Pretty sure it won't happen already in January, but hopefully in the summer.

Great video! One thing I would like to point out as a Swede is how you refer to " Brommapojkarna " as " Bromma". As a Swede you'll catch on what team you're talking about instantly since they're the best academy in Sweden- However " Bromma " is just the part of Stockholm they're from.

​@TheFootball-Library and also, Gyökeres got brommapojkarna promoted from the third to the second division, not to the first. I can see how you got it wrong tho, the swedish league names are quite confusing. Div3 is called "ettan" (league 1), Div2 is called "superettan" (~super one) and Div1 is called "allsvenskan" (~All of sweden). And also, Kulusevski graduated the academy a few years after Gyökeres, not before. Kulusevski is only 24 while Gyökeres is 26 years old

Ok, so when you edit the video, take notice of the soundtracks. When you put two soundtracks (typing and voicing) over each other, the system might dim one down and in this case, it dimmed the voicing down. Haaland scored a hattrick in his champions league debut for Salzburg when he was 18/19. this guy is 26. he has scored around 80 goals in his career. Haaland (two years younger) has scored around 280. They did the exact same with Höjlund…comparing him to Haaland. 😴 If a striker has players who can set them up (which haaland hasnt had for 1 1/2 season now) its easier to score. At City Haaland has played on a team who never uses auick turnovers and instead pass the ball sideways and because of who he is, always has 2-3 defenders around him itsnot easy. The pnly player who has used his strength is KDB and he has been out for a long time. Haaland has still scored as many as he has done.

@ To say he is «the new goalscorer» when he has scored half of his goals on penalties this season, is kind of funny. If you compare to Haaland this season, yeah, he has scored more goals, but Haaland has hardly been supplied this season so far. He still has a goal per match this season. Premier League is also ranked as the best and toughest league in the world, while Portoguese primeira Liga is ranked at #7. Lets see if Gyokeres can duplicate that when or if he goes to a better league. Its not like Haaland is suddenly going to decline. I mentioned age because its about development and talent. Just in England he has scored 98 goals in 100 matches. Through his career Haaland has aaround a goal per match, Gyokeres has around 0,4. Haaland will continue to improve every year. He is breathing football and everything he does, what he eats aso evolves around being the best. He is never satisfied with his performamces. He was average at heading and with his right foot in the start of his professional career, now he scores plenty of goals with both. Funny you downplay Haalands hattrick at his DEBUT in the champions league at 18 (it was a first half hattrick, none at penalties)..while you praise Gyokeres one hattrick (which of 2 penalties), 8 years older against a City team which plays average at the moment because of injuries, a slow midfield and a fragile defence. They hardly use Haaland because of their slow build up. When you see all the records Haaland has set, even in the Champ.league, when you know all the world class players through the years who has played in CL (Messi, Ronaldo)…) its funny how some people thinks Gyokeres suddenly is the «new goalscorer» because of his goals in the 7th ranked league this season. At 26 why does he still play in that league? He wasnt good enough for Premier league, so he played championship in England up until he was 24/25. Haalands achievemnts in his debut season in PL (#1 ranked league in the world) - Won the league title - Top scorer/most goals in a single Premier League season in history (36) - Fastest Player to score 3 and 4 Premier League Hat-Tricks - Most goals by a Premier League Player in All Competitions - First Player to Score Against All 23 Premier League Opponents - Fastest and Youngest to Reach Numerous of Goal Milestones in Champions League: He became the fastest and youngest player to reach 20, 30, and 40 goals in the Champions League - 5 goals in a single Champions league match - Top scorer Champions league - FA cup winner He has also set several records in Bundesliga and several other records in Champ.league. He has scored 25 career hattricks. Again, what makes some people think Haaland would suddenly decline? Haaland has scored 38 goals in 39 matches for Norway. Gyokeres has scored 11 goals in 25 matches for Sweden.

Drogba made his move to Chelsea at the same age as Gyökeres is now, look how that turned out. There's simply too many variables that go into how a player performs at any point which makes how Gyökeres performed 4-6 years ago irrelevant to how good he is and/or will become. I didn't say that Haalands achievements are anything other than extremely impressive. Regardless of the form of City at the moment, scoring a hat trick against one of the best teams in the world in the past 2 years is quite different from scoring one against Genk. I'm not trying to downplay Haalands hat trick there, but you brought it up, and it doesn't compare to doing it against City. Or do you disagree with that? A hat trick against Genk is equally impressive as a hat trick against City? The fact that they're both in Champions League doesn't matter. The variance in quality of the teams in the group stage of Champions is large. Why does he still play in the Portuguese league? Well, he's only been there for one and a half season and nobody could cough up the money they demanded for his during the summer. All indications point to him making a move to a top tier club in the coming windows, so what does it matter that he's still in the Portuguese league? He wasn't good enough for the premier league 4 years ago, we're not in 2020 anymore, are we? Henry wasn't good enough for Juventus at age 23, that didn't translate into not being good enough for becoming a legend in PL with Arsenal in the coming years, now did it? But let's see what happens in the future, regardless it will be interesting to see how Gyökeres will perform in a better league. Because I do essentially agree, doing this in PL is probably a lot harder than doing it in the Portuguese league. The fact is none of us know how Gyökeres will perform in PL, but it will be interesting to see.

Besides, Haaland has played 1380 minutes over 16 games in Nations League for Norway with 19 goals scored compared to Gyökeres' 672 minutes over 11 games and 10 goals scored. Haaland has more than double the playtime but less than double the goals scored.
