Actually, no, you need either pure light ot dark energy to absorb enough manipura. this manipura or fire chakra can only be absorbed by focusing anger into your back behind your heart, this area is a critical point that is also a main evolutionary benefical area. therefore you begin gaining large power and a golden glow. I have practiced this for ~1.75 years from where I wrote this. Super Saiyan 2 is because you pass another level qhich is in between 1 and 3, 3 being when you are so emotionally disturbed with anger your body tingles up to the face. you probally havent experienced thankfully, because you would have to a psycho like me. I hate demons.
