And as for this lightning. That's only a constant factor in Super Saiyan 2 and higher. It can happen in normal Super Saiyan as well but that only happens for short bursts whenever they're using a seriously high amount of energy at once. Hence it's rather abnormal to see in the normal variation of Super Saiyan.

Because Science The hair color change can’t realistically work as hair isn’t living and has a set amount of melanin once the follicle leaves the root. An in show explanation could be that their hair is alive and able to change the amount of melanin for these different forms with something in the Saiyan gene. Their hair is said to be genetically different in the show as well.

With the exception of going Super Sayin how you explained it works for the rest of the Z crew. The ion wind effect that you explained was demonstrated when Gohan was teaching Videl how to fly. Our understanding of science does not work for this show as we cannot explain how so much energy comes from nothing. In reality, Goku can not be so powerful that he can destroy an entire planet with a single blast. The amount of energy he would contain at SSGSS must come from somewhere. I think that it depend from how he moves, because by changing direction the sonic boom change direction too. So I think that if he pass near a person at Mach 20 speed and then by turning he directs the sonic boom toward him, the person would die due to the shockwave that destroy his organs. I don't know what he could do to the surrounding objects but I think he should leave a mess when he moves on ground level at Mach 20 P.S. forgive me if I have done some errors, english isn't my first lenguage

Well, Mach 20 means that he is travelling 20 times the speed of the molecules in the air. They will look like they are standing still while he rams through them like a bullet between raindrops. The air is compressed in front of him. When he stops moving, the compressed air relaxes. This is also called an explosion.

The lightning is caused by inefficient release of ki charging the air in a large area around a super saiyen. Thats why when they go to level 2 or three, they have electrical discharge around just their body because they compress the energy from super saiyen into their body and release it more efficently. Sort of like learning to run. You learn to stand in this case by concentrating energy on your hands or feet, allowing wave beams and flying. You then learn to concentrate it into your body and air around you, increasing defense but powering up your physical attacks. A mastery of this combined with intense emotions creates a chain reaction generating far more energy, which is when you reach super saiyen. Once you master the balance in this state you can then accelerate energy production, if you burn to hot too fast the microexplosions throughout your body create bulk and rapidly burn out which is super saiyen 3, but if you focus on surrounding and controlling its output as effectivly as super saiyen 1 you will achieve super saiyen 2. This is the same heat energy as your metabolic heat, hence why saiyens eat so much and how senzu beans (being huge calorie pill essentially, like neutron star protien bars). God ki burns differently because it fuses spirit and physical energy, and since it sources more types of power, it obviously increases output. Also expains where tien shinhons powers come from. Instead of metabolic, it is spirit energy, just like the spirit bomb.

question for you(unless you already answered it), given the amount of electrical charge that a human body can generate, one: how much electrical charge does goku give off(base form or super saiyan), and two: given that some saiyans have S-cells that allow for the super saiyan transformation, could or do humans have something similar in our bodies to increase electrical charge or cause a "transformation" of some kind?

That fits surprisingly well. Also something you didn't mention but as they get stronger and unlock higher forms they have more lightning arcing around their body. Super Saiyan 2 has more than Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 3 has more than 2.

Flight and energy blasts has nothing to do with Super Saiyan, regular humans like Krillin can do it no problem. However, what you could say is that all of the ki-manipulating people doing these things are making use of your electricity-based ideas, with Super Saiyan just being a massive increase in said electric power, causing the air around them to ionize and change their color, and allowing them to use more energy to fly and make blasts and such.

There are many examples of people exhibiting super human strength for short periods of time(because it burns so much energy up, and has a large risk of self injury), and because it's an uncontrolled super fight/flight response . If humans could find a way to control this mode of being, you could conceivably do it for many minutes at a time... I think that's why Goku eats so much when training, to replenish all that lost energy. Regular sized Humans would need to eat like super obese people do to be able to do it regularly without fear of over-energy burn. Examples are obviously anecdotal hearsay because 1 society won't sanction the necessary conditions to illicit a Super-Human response in a Scientific Study. I'd like to learn to use the Super Human State. The risks in learning such a technique of existence are too great.

What is the biggest amount of power a human like person could have inside it's body to use for whatever superpower technique.
