so this is the synopsis for the video: 1. so utilizing the parento principle (80/20) to see what is actually needed for something to be completed. utilizing momentum to further your studies. 2. Hebbian learning = manufactured learning, practice makes perfect. take it byte by byte. 2a. intellectual humility = a willingness/openess to change; not hard of heart. 2b. cognitive flexibility = how flexible and quickly your thinking is based on dynamic situations, not biases. 3. proper sleeping habits. allows for rewiring brain by giving time to refresh.... also releases built up stress. Hope you have a great day & Safe Travels!

The best part about following your channel is that you’re not someone simply regurgitating information. You actually have experience in these subjects you bring up, therefore giving us a better dive into these discussions. If only all professors were interested in teaching people how to be more like their favorite fictional character.

@@dallassegno “Supposedly” what? If you can’t tell he actually has experience in these subjects by the way he speaks, something’s wrong with you.

can you do a video on how to speed up neuroplasticity and neurogenesis to significant levels? like something akin to iron man, but i might be wrong about this being the only factor that makes tony stark into tony stark, like genetics, or even epigenetics changes, or nootropics.

I really enjoyed the video but I have to say it: you need to improve the way you use your voice. I'm not a native speaker and it could be my problem but I found the speech very monotonous and I often got distracted by looking at the images rather than listening to your examples, try not to keep a constant tone of voice but to slow down, pause, lower or raise the tone to be more interesting. Thanks

This channel feels like it's slowly becoming another bullshit self help channel, please don't become the equivalent of Jordan Peterson but for comic fans
@liltory31966 ай бұрын
I mean, he’s just analyzing mentalities and comparing them to one another and how that can lead to certain advantages or disadvantages. I think the discussion is interesting and fun with the superhero analogies and really didn’t get a Peterson/self-helpy vibe from his content or this video especially
