I was raised with the Christian Science faith. We did use natural, traditional, herbal, remedies with the understanding of mind over matter, that the state of mind was reflected in our bodies. As a child of the 60s and 70’s, I didn’t speak of it, it freaked people out. The beauty is I never learned to worship at the alter of the almighty Dr. or abdicate my power of wellness to anyone. At 60 I am stronger, more vital and straight up healthier than many 1/2 my age. And you oughta see my 92 yr old mother! 💪🏻✨

@berndpeterson9897 yes, however my point is more that sickness is a message from your subconscious, or higher self. It normally starts with a gut feeling, or a "knowing", then if you continue to ignore that inner voice telling you something, it will get your attention through disease or injury of some sort. Depending on what and where it is, that's the clues to the message from your higher self. So for example if you say, I hate my _______(pick a body part), that hatred you are sending it will cause it to grow cancer. Try it with a plant. Same story except the plant just dies. Or let's say you experienced trauma, and there's someone you hate so deeply for what they did. That hatred will cause cancer somewhere in the body. My information comes from the many human beings I have taken to theta brainwave state and they have told me this through those sessions. Always question everything and listen to your gut feelings and intuition because they are never wrong and will keep you from believing false things. Never believe anyone but what YOUR OWN SELF tells you to be true. Love to all.

This is legit. I shattered bones and it was becoming so unbearable! Then someome next to me started doing breathwork with me and it was like morphine, the pain completely left! At least long enough to stabilize me while EMTs did their job. I will say this though, I practiced breathwork and was doing that on my own and it wasn't working because the pain was so excruciating and I remember thinking to myself, "why isn't this working?". I believe in this but am skeptical when a person KNOWS it's a placebo. Knowing it was a placebo hasn't worked for me personally.

I can kinda explain that... It's like in meditation, as soon as you think "this is it, yes I'm doing it", it will all go tits up. We do a kind of 'moving meditation'... Akin to tail Chi... Actually a gangster here in UK who was obsessed with kung fun back in the 80s paid for a particular manuscript to be snuck out of shoalin temple to his prison cell... The rest is history and even in London only a few know about it and practice it... The combative application is actually based on the double helix in terms of movement... Anyway certain forms of sparring will start "in the slow"... Everything will go fluidly as you speed up and circle each other but as soon as you THINK "yeah I got this" or something like that, you'll get hit... Like the moment you think it... It's almost like the thought is a barrier to the experience... And the breath work side of that manuscript... I don't think placebo can cut it as a term... Knowing HOW to leave your body beggining through your feet whilst laying on your back... Done it once, got mostly out, sht myself, 'popped' back in, never did it again... There is more to being us than we know

I’ve always felt that saying African Americans are at a disadvantage was a way to ensure they stay down trodden.. my theory is based on my adoptive parents being proud of being from Africa and were highly successful and wealthy.. as I got older and had kids.. they had friends that came from Africa and were really successful while their friends who were American didn’t fair so well… this fascinates me.. that kids that come from a goat and farming community from Africa not only learned a new language but became successful in business or medicine 🤷‍♂️we tell the black community they are disadvantaged and it’s an energy that makes them feel bad which in my opinion is harming people to express that. i think this is partially correct, we can reinforce our thoughts, although our nervous system can be regulated up to a point or to a certain degree, we are social beings, we need nature and community in order to regulate, can we truly heal grief by placebo effect? does time heal or we numb our feelings down by a tourniquet on our memories?

It's certainly possible. Grief is one of many different emotions that we have as humans. Instead of numbing our memories down or relying on time to heal certain emotions, one area of focus is 'Acceptance'. By understanding and accepting the reality of life around us, this in itself would act as a type of placebo effect that is naturally developed through your thoughts and will certainly help with overcoming different emotional states (including grief).
