This is where Science and Guy come together. Understanding the Science behind the physics and the practical behind the physics makes for a better understanding. You are never to Old to learn. It shows how keen Guy is , even if it is above and beyond him. This just shows the calabria of Guy. Mostly miss understood and taken for a " NUTTER". I cannot wait for the next update.

The science gives the facts. But it needs Guy to take these and make them necessary to understand them in the real world. There is science in everything we do, but to have it shown and explained in a way that “us non academics” can see is great. From the white board with the formulas to the slow motion of the real world they compliment each other and each proves the other.. Well done...making science meaningful. The classic lightbulb moment for many I would expect. Amacf

Hello, That's how we used to do trick jumps with rc cars. It's indeed fascinating. The effect with the motorcycle will be a lot less of course due to the bigger weight difference between wheel and motorcycle. Only one wheel in stead of 4. And the power to weight ratio. And the fact the motorcycle wheel is better balanced. And... And... Nice tech explanation. And video. Cheers from Belgium

The bike won't tip forward if you're driving up the ramp and a panic rev in the air will bring the front up, too. @SuperSpatman5 жыл бұрын
Maybe. But they are adjusting for their run up each time they hit a jump. They are also adjusting their position in the air. Not the same as turning a tennis ball machine on and just leaving it.
@benimac29385 жыл бұрын
it's never going to be exactly the same spot, that appears to be the point you've missed here. A small adjustment in a variable gives a totally different result each time. As was proven with the tennis balls. Just because you can't grasp the concept doesn't mean it's "rubbish".
@emlix15 жыл бұрын
Yep. Scientists 'talk rubbish' all the time. Next time you go to your GP bear that in mind. Anything s/he tells you will be utter nonsense. You should do the exact opposite.
