Anubhavji your clips are very uplifting. I started vipassana 21 years ago after I lost my husband in a car crash. I have not been able to reduce my cravings and aversion.so this last month I have lost interest in my daily practice. but now guilt is making me feel worse .

Namaskar sir Don't give too much attention for this thought that you are controlling your breath. If you are controlling then it's fine.. all you need to just observe the lenth of incoming and outgoing breath That's it.
