Kadamba" dynasty was older than 250ce" Chalukya dynasty was older than 500ce"" Karnataka was " the place ' of legendary Indian Temple art work " way back in 5th century itself .... Our Chalukya Kings were building these types of temples " ... Checkout Ihole' Badami Pattadakal" .... Are still standing evidence for Kannadiga indigenousness ..... ? These inspired a bunch of chola' kings!? Too. Tanjavoor Big Temple was constructed after 1010ce .... Where is the comparison n inspiration coming from????? Can't they respect our Kannada ancestor's tremendous work of art" as they deserve it" ...... Indian archeology - scholar's doing this for years"... And then information about these unique carvings and chiselled marvels were deliberately kept hidden, under wraps, unfortunately not taught to our children. The gory horror stories of the invaders who destroyed the prestine, original cultural traits and heritages are being glorifed and fed to the uwilling kids, as 'indian history'. And, their 'maqbaras' are made and projected as 'wonders of the world' Shame on the Indian rulers and educationists who cunningly deliberately, keep hiding the true stories, living examples from the curriculum.

In this ep #21 Benoy Behl , gives credit to cholas influence over Hoysaleswara temple at Halebeedu. and bracket (madanikas) are similar to idiom of Kerala. What is wrong with his research work.since one year I am asking you our virupaksha and other temples are not with outsiders influence. If so give me with your justifications. At that time of 11 century, vishnuvardhana was in the heartland of chalukyan and kalyani chalukyan architecture, at Bankapur . Hoysala king has seen with his eyes spellbound beautiful temple architecture. So it is with new ornate style of chalukyan continued as Hoysala kingdom name. You haven't given proper visualization time to Dr.setter he was an authority on chalukyan style of architecture. pl.see my detailed comments on virupaksha temple of pattadakallu.
