Currently playing Walwetes. It looks like they have completely different unit rosters. They only have mid tier archers but have powerful melee and ox-chariots.

Currently playing as a full horde and settlements I raze get colonised again almost instantly and my victory points get removed, the AI will walk halfway across the map sometimes to do it. It doesn't make much sense.

Not sure if this has changed after the dinasties update, but prior the AI behaviour when you played sea peoples was completely different to what you explained in your previous video about campaign AI issues: factions that are not in war with you will come from far away distances to repopulate the settlements you razed, screwing your victory conditions. I spent 50 turns playing cat and mouse until I finally razed an edge of the map and moved up destroying any faction in my way...

In my Iolaus campaigns, Sarpedon's entire purpose in life is wandering off to settle ruins I razed 10-15 turns ago, go back home, then wander across enemy territory to settle more ruins, in a completely different area, all the while entirely ignoring the fact that every region around his capital is free real estate I left specifically for him.

@@sokar_rostau exactly... I thought the special raze ability would permanently raze it, but no... They should implement something similar to the WH3 beastmen system, where building some special building in a razed settlement creates a nomadic fort that prevents other factions to settle in regions around until they defeat that fort

@@danielalvarezberdugo1622 The Outposts entry on Iolaus' Faction Summary panel: "Their effects are strongest when the region is Razed. Use them to keep control over the area and not let anyone take it from you." Gotta be honest, I don't make anywhere near as many outposts with Iolaus as I do with Walwetes, so I cannot say whether the re-settled regions have, or ever had, a tower. I'd rather provinces get re-settled so I can come back and raze them again in 30 Turns, anyway.

LOL @ Alpanu the Egyptian God of the Sun. Never noticed that before.

Alpanu was an Etruscan Love goddess, not tied to Ra/Amun-Ra. They tie the Sherden to a Nuragic and Etruscan identity in the game and the Peleset are different with different gods.
