Spacious but only single bedroom? Unless you don't plan to have kids. Another thing is where do you plan to hang your laundry? Obviously is at the backyar-shared. Hope you don't mind others get to see your undies. And trust me, you will learn to hate that bathroom downstair eventually. Overall i think this design is more suitable for abnb rather than long term stay which is not very practical.

honestly speaking, only EW dares to offer alternative living space for buyers. From their cubism design, to garden home concept, then A frame roof link to now Ergo homes. Other developers are just go for the safest bread and butter recycle reused reassurance concept......where your main view off the living area is your proud cars. I welcome any new living space to challenge what you want vs what you really need.

They very smart in the sense that they let the so call passion area be wall-less to give u the sense of space. After u have kids or u wanna do Reno for extra rooms, the brick wall will shrink the total effect. But still personal preference 😬 huge master tho. Love that n only that 🤣

Good marketing from the developer. Seriously Beng, think twice, I agree it's tempting. From the financial and investment standpoint, the property is not going to appreciate in the next ten yrs based on location and demography in the area. If u really want to get into the property ladder, now it is still not the time yet, be patient, just wait for 2 yrs. Good things come to those who are patient. Save up religiously, and also ask Bobby to give you a raise.

I wonder where do you get the magical two years from???? care to share???? if you are talking about off plan, 2 years later get one, wait for 3 years for completion, it will be 5 years already...…..5 years, no one has the crystal ball. we don't even know who is the PM then. even if you give birth now, your child will be 5 yo already

@@linustw Properties are oversupplied, and world wide recession may be around the corner, probably early 2020. This is based on evidence of decreasing PMI, confidence and inverted bond market yield curve. Unwise to lock yourself at today price, if forward prices are on the risk of downside in next 2 years. So wait.....

@kelvynchin19683 жыл бұрын
I know y'all excited looking at the design and all. But I advise you not to buy such strata title unit. U see, u r sharing the block with 3 other families right. So all it takes is one CCB (crappy circuit breaker) family to totally mess up your life. Best to go for traditional layout type landed house.
@kelvynchin19683 жыл бұрын
And the ultimate worse case. Your block immediate neighbour rented out to a whole bunch of 10 foreign worker. U siao liao lor. Anyway, gone thru the rest of your vid. Nice vid, crappy house. Seriously, 1300 sft, 1 bedder, with 500 sft outdoor space that u need to pay for. 522K in semenyih? Don't buy it. There's only one bedroom. Lots of useless spaces. The fact that they had to squeeze the washer under the stair says a lot. Quality isn't great. I think the floor tiles looks slightly uneven, the front door tiles masonry work is shoddy, cheapo aluminum sliding door etc - typical overpriced and underspec'ed setia/ ew quality. What's with the ugly sculpture in front the "swimming" pool? Btw, that "pool" is basically useless, and you're gonna end up paying to maintain it. I'd rather have a green patio area, frankly. If it's communal , then it's too small and u'd be fighting with other kids to use it. Overall, I would say it's a very bad buy. Go look for landed resale houses around the area. You can get 1800 sft internal BU space and 4 rooms. In mass market properties, it's best to avoid these funky new "concepts" just to fatten developers' wallets - it's not like a unique seafront property for the ultra rich. Getting something that might not be sellable in future is not a good idea. The 3 BR converted (last unit) - problem comes when everyone has to trek thru the master room to use the toilet (or walk downstairs). And what is meant by "flexi work office"? These are just fancy marketing terms. You have to look at worse case scenario - which is, when you move in, your neighbour is running a renovation business next to you and he's gonna pile up his yard with consturction materials.
