Actually just turned 21 - thanks Mikey for the birthday shout out! I take excursions as gifts any day of the week… 😉

Great video Mike. Dann and I absolutely crushed it out there at the end of March start of April. 30-50 were coming up a day with days that had up to 10 MA. Nice to see you get a decent haul. Keep up the fantastic videos.

You mentioned, that you're going to fail, that is, at times, but I know that the general context of your message is: DON'T GIVE UP! Brother, I know what you mean. At 61 years young, I've seen plenty of times that I've gotten skunked at catching fish. Couldn't have bought a bite! But I never gave up! I believe in being persistent. You were catching some absolute whoppers out there, and I was glad to see it. You went through all that trouble, a'drillin' them holes, and you found what you were lookin' for! Keep on fishin', and keep them thar' lines tight, Brother! I'm only too happy to subscribe to your channel! Have a great day!

Thanks so much for watching. I just do this for fun and it gives me a bit more reasons for strange adventures. Thanks for subscribing.

@@ReelLifeWithMike No problem, my man! Always remember: Life is FULL of adventure. Ya just gotta want it, and then start scouting around for it! You, and a couple of people here on KZbin are already doing something I've never done before-Ice fishing. There's another Ice Fisherman on KZbin, a Mr. Bryan Prokuskie, or something like that, that enjoys Ice Fishing, and that has some very exciting material on here...and one of his videos has the most surprising underwater footage of this beauty of a Northern Pike, that seemingly zips in out of nowhere, and grabs his bait/lure combo! It happens so fast, you really don't have hardly the time to say "What th..", before it tries to get away! I believe he caught that one, though. Anyway, I digress. Have a great weekend, and have fun pulling in whatever you can!

Since when? The submission requirements still say “ruler, measuring tape, or bump board” is it possible someone got denied because of a kinked/poorly used tape measure?
@handyhutch7311 ай бұрын
I tired last year couple times as I did the same as Mike and for got the bump board . Got denied both times I called talk to the guy and he told me they do not take tape measure only bump boards
