I feel like with the dps passive and projectile size increase it is way easier to kills isolated targets with Genji and actually confirm kills, if they are low

It doesn't change anything with the health buff, 30 is 15% of 200 while 40 is 16% of 250, so the change just serves to keep the breakpoints consistent

Did you guys realize that they fixed/removed the right click dash right click buffer? Before you could right click dash, but it would delay the 2nd right click after the dash - there is no longer a delay. Meaning we can now right click dash right click every single dash...this is actually kinda huge tbh

I'm really liking the patch so far. My only big problem is that the bullets are too big. Like I've been convinced that it can be good for the game to have bigger bullets but I think this is too much

Agreed. Like the increase bullet size definitely makes the game feel snappier. Definitely feel a big difference with Ashe, where I feel the shots that should land land, and the ones that shouldn’t shouldn’t. But bullets could use an ever so slight decrease to the size because they’re a little too big

Like, I feel they should've been more granular with it, bc Mercy and sym didn't need it, or at least not to the same extent. But there's so many heroes that they probably couldn't look at them 1 by 1. I just hope they fix the really weird stuff, the rest isn't that urgent I think

Half the time your ana will fuck up the nano or nano too late. And that combo was probably the reason he never got any buffs. Without his 1 shot you can actually play duelist genji now. And imo dueling with genji will always be so much more fun than farming blade and nano every few fights.

U can still oneshot 250HP targets with dash rightclick melee combo but u gotta hit the head. W genji buff but unfortunately hitscans got the same buff and we have a 400HP TORB. Don't forget the buff also applies to torb+sym turrets

its not that big of a deal because 90% of the time you have your team with you that also do damage so the change even including nanoblade is not that bad and people are just overreacting the genji and the ana aren't the only people on the team because a smart genji will use nanoblade with the team and not fully by himself and for the record im not trying to be mean to you or provoke you I just wanna speak the truth

And you can still use blade to extend your dash resets. And chase people down to finish kills. Which is what I think the intended purpose of dragon blade was. Not a tool to be buffed by another character so you can 1v5 a whole team by yourself.

We change it now. Swing swing then normal swing or dash through/reposition for counter enemy ability then final swing. Thats how you should play it.

Necros, honest opinion. How do you think blade will hold up with the new health buffs to everyone? Nanoblade no longer kills with slash + dash on most targets and has to be slash + slash instead.

If you're relying on nano dash+slash that much you're not that good at Genji. Without nano just do dash-slash-slash and with it just go slash-slash, you'll still kill almost every non-tank in the game and the swing speed is so good they rarely have time to react with abilities, plus the dps passive means no more out-healing blade.

Blade was always a tool for you to strike weak teams extremely hard and fast when they're weak. That's why it gives you a dash reset. It wasn't supposed to turn into this thing that let's you 1v5 a whole team by yourself. With the dps passive, more health, easier to hit shurikens and faster blade swings. Better genjis (the duelist genji playstyle) will shine. And the bladebots will plummet.

The point wasn’t needing blade or nano to kill everything. The point I was asking about was basically them removing skill expression since everything now boils down to “hack and slash until they’re dead, then dash to next target.” It takes away from any Genji who was able to master the really fast speed you could have with Nanoblade or even with normal blade since it now takes longer to kill and thus the speed has disappeared.

Thats why you believe he got nerfed, in reality on rightclicks you usually only hit one or 2 shourikens, now its bassically impossible to not hit all 3. his average ttk feels way lower because of that. Comming from a masters 1 genji. Try kt out and you will se how crazy he feels

@@py4nk417 you missed my point, genjis damage got buffed way more than other heroes because he shoots 3 projectiles with the buffhe now hits all 3 instead of just 2 or 1. its like genji gained 33% damage + way mroe consistency and all the other heroes gained just consistency. This was probably not intended and I am 90% sure he will get nerfed as he is currently the best dive dps with monkey who also feels very strong.
