Ray was hired to be his CDL driver, and that's what he does. He runs the power buggy, cleans tools and strips forms. I agree that he should have learned much more by now, but some people just learn at a slower pace. Ryan likes him around, even though he gets frustrated, but that's business.

It’s called being a nice customer. I ask contractors if they want to use my shop vac because all they have it their little pack out, if they want orange wipes or anything but they always decline. What they don’t decline is to tell me there’s an issue with something or give me a heads up on something because they know I’m cool and easy to work with. It’s a mutual respect.

My wife and I are from south Texas and make Christmas tamales every December! We made 14 dozen two weeks ago! It is a two day affair. I make the filling on the first day and the masa and tamales on the second day! We make traditional tamales with masa, comino, ancho chiles and corn husks. My tamales are good enough to make a Mexican cry LOL!
