9:26 big suggestion for your doors - add a metal kicker at the bottom (basically a flashing) to protect from boot-prints and helps keep the door ding free closer to the bottom. Also replaceable over time if they look terrible!

If your thinking bout trading in your truck I highly recommend the 5.0 litre in the F-150, you won’t have problems with the timing chain and the gasket for it or the cam phasers, I’ve had nothing but great success and longevity with that engine, and it’ll make it nice and easy to tow your boat and anything else with it

Back in the 90’s I had a summer job and got paid $1 a sheet to stock drywall in new home builds. I would just put x amount of sheets in each room. Averaged about $150 a house. Not bad money at the time for a high school kid.

You should drywall all the offices walls and ceiling even the rental units. People will hang stuff on the walls and drywall will be easier to repair than holes in sheet metal. Just paint the walls after a renter leaves or try and repair the sheet metal after they leave. Long term drywall will be cheaper.

Look into SNIRT STOPPER garage door seals! Reduces heating costs and, apparently, rodents can’t chew through them. At least for the units you are using. You can see the light coming through the gaps on the overhead doors. Just a thought.

@ I’ve seen quite a few farmers using them on their shop doors, I guess they are Kevlar or similar. Even if you don’t need rodent protection, they look like they seal the gaps much better than the standard seals. 🤷‍♂️ Millennial Farmer on KZbin had them installed and loves them! I’m pretty sure the company came and installed them at a discount so they got free advertising here. It wouldn’t hurt to ask.

In a video where the guys were putting up the walls inside the building, one of the builders said about how the slab isn't level and is all wonky, making it hard to build on. Ryan played it off like it was a joke, but I think the slab was just poorly done after seeing how the door doesn't seal at the bottom.
