@@alistair1992 outside of some banter and bragging we're surprised at some differences like the crowd size. As for not being asked you cannot put a documentary on KZbin and send it to a Global audience and then not expect any commentary back. That's unrealistic. A bit like Kurt Baker collecting Speckmans kick back from Mickleson yesterday and not expecting to be hunted down in 3 secs flat lol. You send it out there you have to take whatever comes back. Otherwise set the regional settings for NZ only and we'll gladly not comment. Some seriously defensive people. If you're that good you'd just laugh at the comments from some of my compatriots anyway.

Whilst it is a great testament to the HBHS system that they constantly achieve at the highest levels of schools rugby, I cant help but think that it's at the cost of other schools, if you are a young up and coming footballer but you dont come from an area with a rugby pedigree are you then forced to leave home and go to one of the big schools? Kieran Reid captained the ABs and went to Rosehill College, alas I cant see that happening very often in the future and if only elite players are able to compete at that level what happens to the rest of the boys who haven't quite made the grade (at that age).......the risk is you lose them from the game and that will eventually affect the game at the elite.level. my 2 cents anyway.........great doco though, enjoyed the insight.

matthew thorpe yeah I wish I played rugby in NZ as a kid because there is so much more attention on rugby as a whole and especially at school because in England you get coached by people who don’t really care and I was at a rugby school and still barely anything, it’s a shame really because there is so much talent in England that doesn’t get seen because of the football spotlight and the rugby politics are ridiculous when it comes to getting into academies and Regional call ups
