Shai I think he was homeless but that kind of homeless that was ready to start a new job and get back on his feet and go back into society. He wanted to complete his CV because later he had interview for his new job that propably he didn’t choose the place to present his CV. She was rude to him because as you could see that was her business to make her café as good as possible. What she did was wrong but also very human. A lot of folks would ask homeless to leave or kick them out. She propably thought he was just a problem that can scare her other customers. So she wanted him to leave by giving him a bad coffe. But the story ends well. People do bad things even by mistake at the end but most of us want to fix them. She was rude to him and he was rude to her. Revange for revange because they didn’t understand each other and didn’t knew anything about each other. At the end she apologized for everything and they understood each other without words. We should be more understanding like that but can’t tell I didn’t understand them being mean to each other. We are still humans after all. We mostly think about our own life. It’s still a cartoon thought.

Shai, she actually might be the manager of the café. I guess if not, she would’ve had some company. Sometimes it’s like that in some cafés. Plus, the man might have been in a rush to get somewhere. We cannot distinguish the kind of smell he had, since it’s a video. Each type of smell could come with a different story. Her reaction to this might be rude, yes, but it is reasonable. Since it is not proper to go out in public smelly, it’s not the appropriate behaviour. Yet you are correct, because we never know the story why the man is smelly. Yes, the girl could’ve reacted in a polite manner to the man and just ask and tell him about his smell. Yet that could start a argument. There are a lot of endings to decisions, different endings. Yet, we cannot do anything to it, it is part of the plot of the story. It’s to make it entertaining. The purpose of this is so that the viewers will not get bored of the perfect behaviour. To Kyuhyun Park, Well done. I enjoyed the animation, the pace, and the way you built up the aggravation between the characters. Best of all: after the catastrophe they both felt regret, and both chose (in their own ways) to undertake at act of atonement or apology. An action of kindness to a stranger rather than the opposite. And the best moment for me was the hole in the sock - wonderful!

So seeing that man has a bad odor, a shabby appearance, and just everything she thinks isn't neat bothers her. Plus, having a customer like that enter a cafe would disturb the overall pleasant ambience, aroma and atmosphere that a cafe is usually known for, and that would mean less customers which would mean less business.

Come on, loves. You preach about not judging a person's appearance but turn to the other side when it comes to knowing the reason why a person behaves the way they've had. To my understanding, she was extremely clean, organized and proper. It was emphasized on the first few minutes when she was preparing the cafe. Probably a behavioural issue or a coping mechanism, regardless of it, it gave her relief and she's happy with that. Now, seeing someone not as prim must've ticked her off, because of the issue she has of it. It must've stressed her out, and in turn, she wanted for him to leave and perhaps come back another day, with his clothes and hair being worn and styled properly. We know it's not her place to do such, but if she had been verbal about it, it would've been resolved but seeing that they're both strangers, a personal preference would not be the best way to start a conversation. Now, you'd say, "But Humongous pp energy, why did she give him new stuff at the end when he had worn proper clothes? See? She's judgemental-" I'm going to have to stop you right there, babes. She already prepared everything; the papers and pen, to give to the man, regardless of what he wears. She just wanted to know when he'd drop by to give those to him as compensation to her rude actions in their previous encounter. The moral of the story depends on how the person saw the situation and who they understood the most, or whom they've had placed themselves in their shoes.

댓글들 보니 다른 매체에 퍼나르기 한다고, 신고 운운 하는 구독자들이 의외로 많은데, 제가 아는 상식과는 상충되어 물어보니 제대로 아는 사람들이 없는 거 같아, 할수없이 판례와 법들을 찾아보는 엄청난 수고(?)를 다 했네요. ^^ 그 결과, 2015년 이후 판결들이 몇 개 생기면서 확립된 논리가 있어 정리해 봤어요. ^^ 대법원 2015.3.12. 선고, 2012도13748 판결과 대법원 2017. 9. 7. 선고, 2017다222757 판결에 따르면, "링크를 하는 행위는 저작권법이 규정하는 복제 및 전송에 해당하지 아니한다. 다만 ‘임베디드 링크’ 또는 ‘프레임 링크’는 비록 저작권 침해가 아니더라도 저작권 침해를 ‘방조’에 해당하는 행위로 보아 규제될 수 있다."라고 되어 있네요. 그렇다면 유투브 상의 공유하기에서 "url 복사를 통한 링크" 공유는 그 전파 미디어를 무엇을 택하든 허용범위 내의 적법행위가 되는 겁니다. 즉, 유투브 저작물에 대해 허가 없이 공유해도 상관은 없지만, "링크 공유"인지 "임베디드 링크 공유"인지가 적부판단의 기준이 되는거에요. 임베디드 링크 공유 시에만 케바케에 따라 문제가 될 수 있는 거고, 그마저도 불법시엔 정범이 아닌 방조범에 불과하군요. 덕분에 최신 판례 보니 좋았어요. ^^
