Lions O line is insane though, I have to be excited if we bring that o line coach in he can at least fix that issue

Yo Wil, got a good idea. Jake Peetz is an in-house up and coming passing game coordinator of the Seahawks, and with him learning under so many good offensive minded coaches, he knows what and what not to do, and he'd pair really nicely with Hank Fraley as the OC, as they could pair well together and bring both explosiveness and reliability in both pass and run games with a solid o-line. We need discipline and durability for our O-line and that gels well with both serving as almost co-coordinators. Just like how Aden Durde is the DC, but Mike Macdonald calls a lot of the plays, I think this partnership would work well too. Your thoughts?

I think Fraley can be brought in as O-line and Game Run Coordinator to learn from a season Offense Coordinator. It is still kind of early and we have some time to explore other options.

Grubb would have had a great second year if the O line gets fixed. You could have had Barkley and Mahomes and they would have looked bad last year behind The Seattle O line

If you remember, we were picked LAST in our division, pre-season. We got "jobed" for a playoff spot.

Ryan Grubb took the fall somewhat….should have got one more year. My guess really are personality issues…it happens in all jobs. The next coordinator may make a difference but many teams are trying for something different also. In my mind, most teams need patience and not so much change.

Hasn't Fraley been under Ben Johnson?? He'd be your best bet!!

The offensive doesn't need "tweeking". It needs overhauling, payed attention to and focused on.

Geno Smith has got to go, he is an aging 34 year old mediocre backup QB, past his prime and has declining numbers since his break out year in 2022. He has led the NFL for two straight years in red zone turn overs. He can't handle the pressure and his old legs can't scramble.
