It's amazing what diet some animals can live off of in the wild, but it's not usually common for an animal to season it's own meat.
Thanks for todays sponsor, Jon!
Make sure when ordering anything on 'Wool Chambers' to mention 'Big Wangers' in the delivery instructions so that Jon knows where the order came from and can sponsor the channel more! Thanks!

For anyone wondering, I am the sponsor, and my wife had a difficult delivery of my son. I told Karl to take the video down until we could open the store again. (Which he did. We’re open again.) It was 3am when the video went live. My wife still hasn’t seen it, and may ask why all our customers suddenly have big wangers in the delivery instructions.

You can pre-flavor a lot of animals. The one we most know in the u.s. is grass fed vs. corn. You can turn your beast of choice out into a field of onion or garlic, feed them cantaloupe (iirc), or rosemary and lavender. Just check with your vet to be sure the feed is okay for the animal, because poisoned is the saddest flavor.

Being an Islander like me Orcadian cousins, I've been brought up around the wool industry and know a few cool facts about it. Wool is naturally flame resistant thanks to having a high water and nitrogen content so if it does burn from a high heat source it doesn't burn for long and will prolly extinguish itself after some time. It is also more sustainable for our planet so anyone trying to go more eco friendly should try switching to it, it's easily recyclable and if you were to renew your closet and just throw your woolen clothes out, it would not only degrade easily but it would help fertilize soil with his high nitrogen content. Lastly, Bruh you could knit or felt a Big Wanger out of it, the creative possibilities of it are endless.

Just a note that Shrek the sheep’s wool was so thick in the 6 year period that indigenous wolves were incapable of biting through to kill the sheep. Another thing is using yarn to make tapestry, embroidery, bracelet, rug, and art.

I love how straight forward everything y'all do. Truly amazing how much kindness and passionate you and your editors speak about each subject and actually doing research. Can't truly put it into words how much y'all have taught and entertained me. Thank all of you for your splendiferousness

I showed the site to my mum and she said its really really high quality in her words "the good shit" (said ironically) though as its expensive she won't buy from there though I think in the future if she wants good quality wool she will buy there.

It might just be me, but it sounds like Lucas' audio is better than before? Regardless, good to see you all taking things seriously, while still managing to bring the laughs. Reasonably in-depth trivia, plenty of humour, and a diversity of topics that always manages to draw me in even if it's something I would have expected to be a bore! Easily one of my favourite KZbin channels! Great work, and hopefully you and yours are keeping your spirits as high as this channel's been keeping mine throughout the isolation!

A further interesting sheep tidbit: Due to the coating of lanolin secreted by the animals and the physical arrangement of on-sheep wool fibers, they actually repel water fairly well!

Alpaca wool is so fucking soft. One time one vacation I visited an alpaca farm that also harvests and sells their wool either as yarn or as knitted objects. I bought myself an alpaca wool hat, a pair of gloves, a scarf, and a pair of socks, and holy jesus the softness and warmth.
