That's a good deal and with accessories will do anything in the home. Over time these work out much lesser priced than the competition as they will last the course of ten to twenty years of normal household use. I use a similar spec gloss blue commercial BS360 and am very pleased with it though I can see the merit of the matt finish on these Commercial XP machines.

A gloss blue BS360 is a pretty rare thing in the UK, they are quite a few years old. But as you say, 10-20 years isn't an unusual service life for a commercial Sebo. Of course, the twin-motor BS360 is the gold standard in commercial Sebo vacuums, and indeed is the best-selling upright commercial vacuum cleaner in the world. What they use at Buckingham Palace too. Not so many people use them at home as they are wider than the XP10 at 36cm, but as we are close to Cheshire, where there are many large houses and mansions, we do get quite a few people who use them at home in larger houses and farms. Especially if they have cleaners or are cleaning up after dogs, and muck trod in from people with horses, etc.
