SES Lady of Dawn reporting from Aesir Pass. We were some of the first Helldivers to realize it was under attack after fighting at Vernen Wells and FTL jumped straight to it. Currently we’re doing low-scale operations, destroying minor bases and knocking out communications lines while dealing with small groups of automaton guards. We attempted a larger scale operation with fellow Super Destroyers that ended in failure, and shortly after we were forced to back to Super Earth for maintenance due to an Orbital weaponry failure. We’ll be back later to day, Godspeed fellow destroyers, SES Lady of Dawn out.

It's been a difficult few weeks, with S.O.N.Y. diminishing our reserves, and patrols seemingly being more frequent. On top of that, a significant amount of divers were on bug planets during the eradication order. Yet despite all that, the remaining Helldivers still managed to scrap 1.5 billion bots. I am proud to have helped hold the bot front, no matter how grueling it has been lately!!

Unfortunately, glassing planets is forbidden by the Super Earth Interplanetary Democratic Progress Act. SEIDPA was put it place to make sure that the economic interests of patriotic colonists would never be threatened. That said, an amendment may need to be voted on for situations like supercolonies, as these threaten the financial freedoms of nearby planets.

@@ca_kay Well, I think it is worth it as currently the once beautiful Meridia has no financial worth as it is now abandoned and overrun by bugs to the point where breathing the air would taste like bugs and I don't think any colonists would like to feel like they're breathing in bugs every second of their life. We could kill all life on that planet (including bugs) if all Super Destroyers come together for a day or two and cleanse the planet with orbitals of all kind dropped down randomly and rapidly and then send in people to collect all remaining usable E-710.
