I think the same. I find it appealing but sometimes I find it strange and perhaps too simplistic... and I don't understand so many airplane counters!!!

It is fairly simple but a few levels up from Axis and Allies. I think the rules need a little work.

Thanks for this, and good to see you talking about games in this venue again. Is OSS Games still a going concern where wargames are concerned? I saw that they rather generously refunded many of their pre-orders to customers. But apart from selling old stock, they seemed to have wound down a fair amount of their operations and are focusing on RPG and Science Fiction projects.
