I love this! Have you tried swapping out the motors on the Mini? They look like 1404 motors. You'd have to drill holes in the arms. I think it would be worth it for the prop selection. Maybe even on a stock Mavic Mini.

These motors and propellers combination should give a high efficiency power... How much does it weight now and what's the flight time with which battery? If you remove all the unnecessary electronics of a DJI mini and put a lightweight frame it should give you more flight time, isn't it?
