Bhatbhateni issues i personally found: 1.they are hypocrites in sense of not using plastic bags, they don't give us plastic bags but they pack their products in plastic bags and force customer to buy shopping bags for 40/50 bucks. 2. They instead of giving change coins, give us candies which doesn't cost 1 rupees. They are saving profit over there too. These are some common things i have noticed and we rich resistant Nepalese don't have problem paying them extra money to bbsm and make them successful. I would say that if they want to go plastic less then why haven't they choose eco-friendly materials to pack bbsm products? Let's be aware of that customers.
