To be charitable, you could get a lot of force on some rusted-on and rounded to shit nut, flat to flat, if you torque down that bolt.

@@NikovK if my tools are old and rusty I would not trust them for the type of work I do. I would just get rid of them or donate them to the arc or Salvation Army. As far as a rounded bolt I have some drive bolt extractors, the set only cost $40 and no force is needed. For a rusted bolt I have a splitter set that cost even less. Use the right tool for the right job for safety, speed, and less stress. Remember time is money, and there is no price on a peace of mind. Be a professional, don’t be lazy. Because anything you do in life, is how you do everything in life
