Before I became a mom I’d consider my style “sexy” but as a mom of 3 years now with a ton of weight gain, I can honestly say I don’t have a style. My go to is leggings and a big T. I’m 33 I had my second kid at 28 years old after having him I ended up with hormonal imbalance gain so much weight it’s been almost 6 years and I can’t loose weight trying to fix my hormones now. I feel you all ladies who gain weight get your hormones checked. I feel what’s helping is keto/carnivore. Congrats on reaching another goal of yours Blanca 😊so proud of you.

Question I don’t how to start went to my doctor and she just doesn’t listen just tells eat this and that but that doesn’t help I don’t even get my period sometimes I don’t get after 3 months so I think for sure it’s hormones 😢 should I just change doctor?

@@janettl8146 yea change doctors for sure tell them like if your demanding them say I need you to put in lab work for my hormones I need them all checked. That way you get an idea of what’s high or low. Vitex regulates your period if you take it when not on period you have to drink like 3 pills. Also start the keto diet do fasting from 12pm to 6pm is your eating window after those hours you can’t eat. Cut the sugar and eat low carbs like 50grams of carbs. It takes time to loose weight but you will and try not stressing out either stress causes so many bad things.
