However, this type of state and 'ability' makes total sense, but it's just often written off due to growing cynicism. I have listened to this book not all the way through but basically it's about a bunch of rich people unsuccessful people this book is not about people or things that you can't control cuz even if you have wishful thoughts and Hope the world will still poop on you no success well just come come out of thinking great thoughts even when you try to surround yourself with inspiration no matter how much you want to will it it is a great way to time but I'm not wasting any more of my time on this that's all I got to say about that

I'm not superstitious or blindly believe stuff. However, this isn't actually complicated to understand. If we pretend to manifest things and still do nothing to put the goal in the world via (changing environment, staying organized, being mindful and not on autopilot, etc.), it is rather true. The thing most don't understand is that our names, our entire lives, etc. Are an amalgamation of our childhood which we didn't choose or have much say in our identity due to everything in society. Is that bad? Not inherently, but it is the source of our major blind spot. It takes either belief to carry one, or dedicated mindfulness practice to finally come to terms with the truths and lies within. Most of us have bigger egos than we like to admit and that ego gets so defensive, protective of this short and confusing existence in the current world; were protective of our money (which no longer exists and is simple IOUs and bad checks due to fractional reserve and bad policy), our social hierarchy, etc. That was changed to a superficial version of what we used to be. Physiologically, our amygdala has grown enormous due to such artificial constraints, so we grow u0 bitter, dead inside, or content with our default modes. The point to be extracted is that all we really have is our attention - right now and for a while, attention is today's currency and just look around at everyone lost in BS and maybe a few min a day they show who they are. If we turn our analysis mind off and rest in the present moment more and more, these laws will become so apparent to anyone once we get our opinion out of the way of this science so it can really blow our minds. Have a good one. I Understand your point and once felt this way too - It didn't help me, but it shows us all that this type of thinking has infected us

And this all runs parallel with every major religion whether esoteric or esoteric. It also runs parallel with some of the most brilliant minds that lived There's a reason why wisdom transcends our lives and impacts us. The funny thing is w our phones and internet, we have access to all the wisdom and anything one can Google. Our tech made us desensitized and we don't grasp for greatness due to how we feel we fit in the world. I've meditated for over 170 days consistently and I've overcome all doubts and i changed many issues, addictions, etc. And have a great success story and the root of it all was mindfulness and at rock bottom, just simply resting with the mind off and let the good and present flow in Most of us don't realize how much we think and spend the majority of our days lost in thought and 80% are negative. Trust me that if we challenge our thoughts and let them flow away this % changes and then ones whole life objectively changes since yet again, all we are is our attention and consciousnesses. Even reading this, your hands, phone, and these words all exist inside of your head and all experiences is felt within. Our sense of touch let's us believe otherwise, but it doesn't work like that.😊

We all actually deep down know this is true, but it would be stressful because then we essentially recognize that we had much more power than we thought which means almost all of our suffering (not pain), but suffering meaning attachment - therefore, days, moments, years, etc. Of hardship was also responding for how we allowed ourselves to live and think

no way you listended to the book because if you have these thoughts obviously it won't work for you. And don't look at yourself, look at successful examples of this e.g Connor Mcgregor read this exact book , he said it played a huge part in his success and the best example of this is his fight against Jose Aldo for the championship. He performed the exact combo over and over again back stage (look at the video) then went out and performed that exact move down to a tee to knock his opponent out in the first 30 seconds.
