Actually very difficult to define the appropriate whisky/whiskey to accompany this excellent tune. You can't really play a sorrowful blues, in the way it deserves, without having a severe heartache. The problem being, whisky makes me happy, therefore it provides a kind of counter intuitive state of mind regarding the essential sorrowfulness that a virtuose blues player is in need of optaining... I fancy some kinda boring lager beer might be dull enough to show me the way towards the shimmering light, manifesting as the perfect sorrowful, mourning country blues state of mind, needed to give this tune the respect it deserves... Or something like that...
