If Oswald killed Kennedy it meant he shot a rifle a couple hours before apprehended in a movie theatre. The real mystery is not why would he shoot Kennedy. Rather why did swabbing his face while in custody show no nitrates were present. If he did not have nitrates on his face it meant he did not shoot a rifle that day. So if he did not shoot a rifle why wasn't he released. And why did a mobster kill him. Keep in mind there is considerable evidence according to motive, means, and opportunity that the CIA and the mafia killed Kennedy. And why was LBJ on the floor of the second car in the convoy Before the Shooting Started. Why, why, why? Here is my answer. Treason doth never prosper. For if treason were to prosper None would dare to call it treason. Otherwise we have Oswald's Own words, I quote him. "I didn't kill anybody. I am the patsy." If he himself wasn't murdered The necessary evidence doesn't Exist. He would have been acquitted. And we now see three murders Were done that weekend. Kennedy, Tippet, Oswald. I just watched a video interview of President Nixon from 1983 and he tells of how and when President Kennedy was shot. The timeline simply does not add up. I can't be the first one to have put this together but here it is. If the Kennedy assassination had just happened and it took 20-25 minutes for President Nixon to get to his apartment and call Hoover. How did Hoover know that Oswald was a communist and had shot President Kennedy? President Kennedy has shot at approximately 12:30pm CST/1:30pm EST. The first national news bulletin of the shooting was transmitted over the ABC Radio Network at 12:36 p.m. CST/1:36 p.m. EST. Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit was shot and killed by Oswald at 1:15pm CST/2:15pm EST. Oswald has finally apprehended in the theater around 1:50pm CST/ 2:50pm EST. At 12:40 p.m. CST/1:40 p.m EST., CBS became the first television network to report the news. So people in New York heard about the shooting somewhere between 1:36pm EST and 1:40pm EST. Something doesn't add up here! How did the FBI know that Oswald was a communist and had shot the President so soon? People at the airport would have known that the President would have been shot and Nixon would have heard it there. Does anyone else see the problem here?

I find it interesting that on the basis of his book summing up the 9/11 commision, his next act is to write a book on a 50 yr old crime this next that there's 2000 books on already and contrary to popular skeptical belief his thesis ultimately supports the original official conclusion (if the WC is so correct does it really need another book supporting its' conclusion?). Now he pops up on Politico (and quoted in Town & Country of all places) to say that there's nothing to see here in the newly released documents (thanks for figuring that out for us pal!). Highlights: "scientists support {the single bullet theory}" and blaming JFK's grossly compromised autopsy on Jackie Kennedy (if only she hadn't demanded on a navy hospital and been in such a darn rush -she just wouldn't leave until the autopsy was completed!), and is an apologist for Humes burning his autopsy notes (there was blood all over them, and you know, they, might be in a museum someday!), BS about Howard Brennan (complete obfuscation). Interesting Freudian slip at about 32:09, where he says 9/11 commision where he should say WC. The questions and Shenon's answers seem rehearsed. On Jack Ruby his mob connections are "low level connections" - (yeah Sam G was low level! check the phone records before the assassination) And Ruby was "mentally ill", and nothing ever "panned out for him". Oh and the WC investigators are so angry, if only they'd known about the details that came out later, they would have proven their thesis even better.

A police officer by the last name of Baker heard a shot from the book depository. He looked up and saw a rifle barrel poking out a window. The rifle was quickly pulled inside the building. Officer Baker ran into the building and spotted a Mr. Truly. Apparently he knew Mr. Truly and ordered him to accompany him on his journey into the building. They ran up the stairs and in the 2nd floor break room they spotted a man walking away from them holding a bottle of Coke a Cola in his hand. Officer Baker asked Mr. Truly, “Who’s that man?” The man turned around and Mr. Truly said, “Why that’s Lee Oswald, one of our employees.” Officer Baker said, “OK!” Then they ran up the stairs to the other floors. Three female employees were on the 4th floor looking out the window when they heard the shots. Because of the trees blocking their view they couldn’t see what happened, but they feared the worse. Two of those ladies immediately went downstairs to the 2nd floor break room. Who did they find in that break room drinking a coke? It was Lee Oswald. Four witnesses could place Lee Oswald in the 2nd floor break room just a few seconds after JFK was shot. Had Oswald shot the president he would have to have ran past those ladies to get to the break room since there was only one set of stairs in the building and the Freight elevator was not working at the time. The “Powers that be” had two kill Oswald quickly because these 4 witnesses could prove that he was innocent. This author obviously left this important piece of historical evidence out of his book because in his opening remarks he is blaming Oswald. I don’t know if the lecturer is trying to provide disinformation or actually believes what he’s saying. But, 15 minutes in, I stopped watching. After having read upwards of 20 books on the JFK assassination most of them exploring conspiracy, this guy already has two things completely wrong in 15 minutes; 1). Oswald likely wasn’t involved in the assassination as a participant but as the “patsy” just as he himself told the press. John Armstrong wrote a book titled “Harvey and Lee” detailing all the irregularities and outright lies surrounding Lee Oswald’s involvement in the assassination. Mark Lane’s series of books on the assassination also does a great job of detailing the impossible journey of Oswald to becoming the assassin with so many irregularities and things the Warren Commission says he did. It’s now 2020 and Oswald’s files and tax records are still classified and unavailable to the public. If Oswald were the true assassin, wouldn’t those same files have been released immediately to prove his guilt? 2). The speaker erroneously says Arlen Specter did a “bang up job” as a member of the Warren Commission. Numerous books that have been written detail how Specter outright chose to misrepresent and deceive the public and anyone who might read the commission’s report. His creation of the “magic bullet theory” is a gross piece of fiction that not only defies the known laws of physics but also logic itself. So, I appreciate the effort of the lecturer but it’s quite obvious he hasn’t done much truthful research on this subject. He says that he didn’t want to be just another book on the assassination without having something to add. Sadly, he ends up exactly as the countless others who all either intentionally or unintentionally conclude wrongly.

The Bethesda Autopsy was a sham. The idea that Army Doctors or Naval doctors had more expertise than Parkland who had experience with hundreds of gunshot Autopsies is just patently false. They (the Secret Service) pirated the body and the Limo out of Parkland at gunpoint so they could control the autopsy so that they could ultimately hide the truth. Dulles and Spector worked to come up with one conclusion and one conclusion only. Oswald acted alone and there was no conspiracy. And the only way to ensure that would be the final conclusion was to exclude all other evidence.

Sure, lol. The difference is that the pathologists had a cold body in front of them, and the Parkland doctors spent 20 minutes trying to save his life. They could only speculate on the wounds at the press conference. Guess what? Last time I looked that doesn’t count. Thats why they don’t base autopsy results on the opinions of emergency room doctors who only saw a blood splattered president for 20 minutes. There’s a big difference, and you know it.

Food for thought: Mr. Oswald said that he ate his lunch on the first floor and then went to the second floor break room to get a Coke from the vending machine. His co-workers Charles Givens, William Shelley, Eddie Piper, and Carolyn Arnold were on the first floor with Oswald in the “Domino room.” They all said that Mr. Oswald ate his lunch with them and then went upstairs to the second floor break room to get a Coke. Motorcycle policeman Marrion Baker and building superintendent Roy Truly both saw Lee Oswald in the second floor break room drinking a Coke. Victoria Adams and Sandra Styles were on the fourth floor when President Kennedy was shot. They saw Jackie Kennedy in her bright pink clothes moving around in the car. They immediately hurried down the stairs after the shooting took place. Dorothy Gardner was also on the fourth floor. She saw Victoria Adams and Sandra Styles hurry down the stairs and shortly thereafter she saw Officer Marrion Baker and Roy Truly run up the stairs. According to the Warren Report Lee Oswald ran down these stairs from the sixth floor after killing the president. According to the testimony of NINE people the Warren Report is a LIE! The testimony of NINE people back up Lee Oswald’s testimony. He was accused of killing John Kennedy and J.D. Tippits, but the paraffin test conducted by the Dallas police PROVED that Mr. Oswald had NOT fired a gun. With the testimony of nine people and no gun powder residue on his hands or face any judge would have released Lee Oswald after hearing this evidence. That is why Lee Oswald was murdered so quickly. You said that there was no way Oswald could shoot 3 times and that's how the magic bullet came about, but that is wrong. There were ABSOLUTELY at least 3 shots fired, as one missed and hit the sidewalk and then hit James Tague. The Warren Commission acknowledged this.. If he couldn't fire 3 shots, due to the Zapruder film, as you say, then Oswald either didn't do it or didn't act alone.

@@rawbacon It hit the Pavement first. What about the piece of curb removed and sealed for 75 years? Many pictures of various policemen picking up bullets out of the grass, no idea what else they were looking for 2 minutes after the shooting. 50+ people ran up the steps to where they believed the shot to have come from. No evidence points to one shooter. There is a scientific formula for conservation of momentum, I think you will find it's impossible for an object to maintain that kind of momentum while passing through one or multiple objects. He was standing at the left of the underpass over 80 ft from the car, it's highly unlikely for it to be a hit. The Bullet would have needed to pass through the car after hitting Kennedy, if shot from that angle, then hit the pavement, with a fragment of bullet or pavement hitting Tague on the cheek. Plus, the bullet was coming from the other direction as seen by the impact on the pavement. More important questions never addressed are: Why did the Secret Service break 15 standard protocols for the Motorcade? Why was Kennedy's personal agent left behind at the Airport? Why are the motorcycles and Secret Service runners ordered back from the lead car? Why is the President the lead car? Why are no agents on the Presidents vehicle, he has the runner boards in place? It's a set up. You don't break this many rules by mistake.

That doesn't bother me. He's a writer. He needs to make a living. If his book were something preposterous, as is so of the books of the fantastist/sociopath, Jim Marrs, outrage about the author's flacking his book would be justified. It isn't. I have always believed Oswald pulled the assassination off entirely by himself, but this "Cubans in Mexico City" matter fascinates every LNH ( Lone Nutter Hypothesizer ) I know. Vincent Bugliosi's magisterial book, Reclaiming History, slices and dices all of the conspiracy ideas, but even he had to admit he couldn't figure out the Sylvia Odio matter. The brilliant Jean Davison, whose book, Oswald's Game, is a masterpiece of diligence, reasoning, and insight, couldn't figure the Odio matter out, either. Both of them believed her. I believe her. Bugliosi and Ms. Davison couldn't figure the puzzle out, and neither can I. Granted, the Sylvia Odio matter is not the same thing as the "Cubans in Mexico City" matter, but to be metaphorical, it shares a lot of the same DNA with it. I think it's entirely plausible that the Cubans, realizing they had a 21 karat gold psychopath on their hands, might have played upon the pathetic bastard's narcissism, telling him that while they could never acknowledge him, he would be a great hero to the Glorious Revolution of the Cuban people if he were to kill the imperialistic pig, Kennedy. It's occurred to me that they might even have told Oswald about the Kennedys' attempts to get Castro, knowing that if he ever talked about it, no one would believe him. Oswald, a nihilist, would have been thrilled to have his imagined great significance confirmed with this kind of stuff. The Cubans would have judged it an extreme unlikelihood that he'd ever do it, but would have reasoned intelligently that they could never be seriously implicated in an assassination of Kennedy, and that if they somehow could be, a President Johnson wouldn't risk a nuclear war over it. Ideas, but valid ones, I think. Is the graveman of this author's argument credible? I think it is, but in the end, it was still that evil bastard, Oswald, who killed Kennedy.

Trump then refused to discuss it any further. Both Trump's and Stone's homes were raided by the FBI. Coincidence? No! I think the Deep State was looking for JFK assassination documents. That's all they really care about because (I think) so many high-level political officials and their Mafia associations from back in 1963 will be implicated. That includes, LBJ, Nixon and J. Edgar Hoover. Now, Trump has vowed to release everything if reelected. The Deep State is trying darn hard to ensure that does not happen. @R On the contrary, many computer analysis tests over the years demonstrate the wounds to the victims line up on a perfect trajectory to Oswald's window. (Amazing the conspiracy lucked out there, huh?) The bullet is in a condition (badly crushed nose) consistent with one fired through one body, then tumbling and slowing as it went through a second and really started hitting bone. If the magic/single/stretcher bullet is a fake, how did this phantom conspiracy know in advance: (A) That they had to have somebody standing by at Parkland, presumably even before the assassination, with a bullet to plant that could be ballistically matched to Oswald's rifle, or that they had to have already approached and successfully recruited the ballistics boys at the Dallas P.D. to risk their lives and careers becoming accessories to murder as they falsify evidence? (B) The nature of the victims' wounds even before the limo got to the hospital? (C) That Connally had been shot at all? (D) That the bullet wasn't still in his body? (E) The amount of lead that had to be missing from the bullet so it could plausibly be the one that left a comparable amount of lead in the victims' bodies? (F) How to get into the locked-down and heavily guarded emergency ward to plant the bullet without anyone ever seeing them do it? (G) What kind of condition the bullet should be in? (H) Where exactly to plant it so it could be plausibly tied to Connally's stretcher? (I) That it won't simply be one bullet too many in evidence and blow the whole plot? (J) How firing away at JFK's back with multiple guns was not simply and irrefutably going to be shown to be the work of just one shooter? (K) That it's worth taking such a huge risk planting a bullet just to try making the assassination look like the work of one shooter when any of the above things could so easily go wrong and it would be about a thousand times less dangerous to just let it be shown there was more than one shooter and claim Oswald must have had an unexpected accomplice who got away?

Maybe the MAGIC caused it to make a U turn. The following day the Lincoln had the windshield replaced. It was not a commercial sized glass. The car was a one off custom job. Two techs replaced it. They crushed the one with the two bullet holes. This is destruction of evidence in a homicide investigation. The car was shipped overnight to a Ford Motor Company plant where the special car was fabricated. The manager of the Department saw the car and the two techs. The above is what he saw and what he said about it. Are you people seeing the hand of conspiracy to commit murder, a presidential coup, and a cover up. Along with over half century of media lies. The answer to whether Oswald shot Kennedy is hiding in plain sight. It therefore requires thinking about it two or three times, rather than skimming past; so THINK. You are Oswald. You either did or didn't kill President Kennedy, and that afternoon only YOU know for sure. If you didn't, then why are you in handcuffs? If you did, then what were your motivations, and what is your mindset as you are now caught? They take you in front of that "show up" room filled with reporters, and one of the reporters asks, "Did you kill the President?" Oswald says, "No, no one has said that to me," or similar words. He actually looks surprised and then he looks PISSED. (go find the footage) THEN he says, "I'm just a Patsy". You can actually WATCH Oswald's mind in that footage. Now just think about it. If you just killed the President, you're either going to want to be famous for getting rid of a guy you hate, OR you're going to deny it with some preconceived story. After all, you've just planned and pulled off the assassination of the President. Oswald has nothing prepared. All that he has to offer is what he thinks or KNOWS is the truth- So he says: "I'm just a Patsy". One more thing, and although you might think it meaningless, it is not. In 1963, NO man is going to easily call themselves a "Patsy". Oswald is going to say, "I was at work". Or "I was at lunch". Why the hell would he jump right to "I'm just a Patsy", anyway? Now you've got to answer more questions- "Who do you think set you up then?" "Why would anyone do that to you Oswald?" AND, you are de-facto implying that you ARE somehow related to this horrific crime. Nope. It all suddenly dawned on Oswald at that "Police show-up" thing with the press, and he blurted out what came to his mind. Two days later they made sure he didn't have the chance to answer those last two questions.

Once, I heard Arlen Specter in a lecture calling the single bullet theory, "the single bullet fact". Really had to laugh at that one. Was wondering if he and others had some basic math challenges with addition and subtraction. The reason of course is because the amount of "lead" missing from the magic bullet (ie CE 399) is less than the total amount of "lead" taken out of Gov. Connally plus the fragments of "lead" still remaining in his body that were never removed. The single bullet theory literally does not add up.

A policeman and Oswald's boss saw Oswald being quite calm in the cafeteria of the TSBD 1.5 to 2 minutes after the shots. The policeman rammed a gun into Oswald's stomach. Oswald could not have got from the 6th floor front (south side), to the cafeteria on the 1st floor at the back (north side), in 1.5 minutes. That is *hard evidence,* not circumstantial. A court would set Oswald free of a murder charge. Oswald was *not* the shooter. When a so-called meticulous researcher can't get the basics right, saying Oswald shot Kennedy, should I take notice of him? No I should not. Here are more facts that would be admitted in a court.. *1)* Richard Carr was on an upper floor of a building very near that was under construction. From his position he could see into the sixth floor of the TSBD. Before the motorcade arrived he saw a stocky man wearing a hat, sports-coat, and glasses at the window. When the shooting stopped Carr quickly dropped to the ground floor. He again saw the man in the sports-coat. Carr said he followed him east for about a block seeing him get into a Nash Rambler driven by a dark-complexion man. *2)* Officer Craig saw a man looking like Oswald run down the sloped grassy area to the west of the TSBD ten minutes after the killing. He got into a Nash Rambler station wagon that stopped quickly for him on Elm St. The drivers of the two cars behind the Nash confirm that. Craig seeing the urgency in the man and Nash, tried to run over the road to stop them, but traffic and that the car sped away quickly prevented him. *3)* Officer Craig also said the gun on the 6th floor was a Mauser seeing it. Never changing his story. *4)* A 7.6mm Mauser bullet was found in Dealy Plaza a few weeks after the shooting. The rifle alleged to have been used, a 2nd rate bolt action Italian WW2 gun dropped by the Italian army during the war, used 5.5mm bullets. The above is factually clear, and would be accepted in court. Oswald was not the shooter for sure. Now apply other theories of who did it and why.

Craig constantly changed his stories, but briefly: he told the L.A. Free Press in 1968 he couldn't ID the discovered rifle because he "didn't know foreign rifles." Only later did he make up the Mauser story. News film clearly proves the gun to be a Mannlicher-Carcano. His claim to see Oswald escape in a Rambler is equally absurd. Several witnesses ID'd Oswald on his true escape route, by bus and taxi. Oswald still had the time-stamped bus transfer in his pocket when he was arrested.

LBJ's leaning on Warren to chair the commission is a separate issue from the "avoiding WWIII" argument. It is absolutely CLEAR that the Commission's findings avoided stirring up any controversy concerning Cuba/Russia in its investigation but that is precisely BECAUSE they did not want the public or the press inflamed over the possibilities of foreign interventions into our Democracy & any push for reprisals against those countries. One must remember that our country & the world stood on the brink of total nuclear holocaust & destruction just a year prior. LBJ & our leaders had the great foresight NOT to venture down that road again needlessly. You should thank them because if they did venture that road, you & I wouldn't in all probability wouldn't even BE HERE to discuss these matters!

I've had to revise my original opinion, as it became plausible to me he went to the theater to connect with someone, possibly to help him leave the country to Cuba. The "patsy" claim does suggest he had co-conspiritors. I'm troubled by the conflicting early statements of the rifle being a Mauser, then a Carcano. The fact no "curtain rods" were found, on one hand, and the fact that the package he carried hardly seemed long enough for an assembled Carcano. A reassembled Carcano might explain the badly missed first shot, which may have grazed the light post arm arching over the route, and subsequently hit the curb and the man's cheek by the underpass. The scope misalignment might have accounted for that and adjusted for by a good shot. Recent analysis couldn't find a graze on the light arm. How LHO might have successfully removed all gun powder is a question. I don't know the factuality of the claim about the rifle being taken to the morgue where agents pressed his palm on the stock. The angle in the window suggests the shooter had to be left handed to swing far enough to the right for the last shot. But the eye witness docs who saw the small hole at his upper right scalp line and a gaping hole at the rear, brain matter on the trunk but little in the seats, these points certainly have to bring a question of a second shooter into the realm of tenability.

In a methodology based on the lie detector principles except for judging the veracity of a person's voice we have the voice analyzer. It was not invented until Oswald was long dead. However. There was a studio grade recording of Oswald announcing that he was the patsy. That record was fed into a voice analyzer. The determination of the veracity of the statement made by Oswald is that he was speaking g the truth. Oswald was found to be one of several fake defectors sent to the Soviet Union by Richard Nixon when he was Vice President in the Eisenhower admin. This must be why he was taking Russian While a Marine. During a review his commanding officer notes he is making satisfactory progress. My money says Oswald was a fake. He was a fake defector. He was a fake. Communist. He was a fake Cuban Fair Play guy. So what was he? A Straight Arrow patriot played by corrupt politicians. He never truly sounds like an innocent man, he's just holding onto 'currency', information he can later trade with or just use to toy with people. Timothy McVeigh - a man who claimed the courage of his disastrous convictions right to expediting his own execution - denied everything initially too. Just such a silly scheme is conceivable. Obviously someone shot a curb, a patch of grass but another probably thought one should hit the car at least, but instead drilled two guys with one shot. Then the lurching SS car caused an agent with his machine gun to pop off a round, maybe two, doing the worst damage possible. Iows, a fiasco of accidentals and political scheming leading to tragedy. It's really not a reasonable position to back the Warren Commission's official version. Every part of this case, has at the very least, an element of doubt about it. If you accept that almost any case will have some anomalies then it would be reasonable, but alas, there is a mountain of aspects that contain serious doubt - and quite simply, you'd have to have some sort of pre-existing agenda to dismiss that amount of contradictory evidence (a few to wit: witnesses who heard shots from the grassy knoll, Oswald's intelligence connections, Ruby's connections, the misidentification of the Mauser/Carcano, Oswald on the second floor, LHO being driven away in a rambler, the shambolic autopsy, the casket being different in Dallas, the timing of the shots, the head of JFK going back and to the left, the acoustic evidence, the unlikely nature of the single bullet theory and many, many more.) All of these individually could be debated and ultimately dismissed but it's just silly to dismiss them all, in fact, it would be bizarre given the massive amount.

Giancana, another cleanup victim himself lived in Chicago. The first of the three attempts to hit JFK was in Chicago. There was a concerted effort to kill Kennedy. 5 minutes and stopping. Most evidence points to Oswald? Oswald went to Mexico? The shelves groan with books filled with evidence that points away from Oswald, and that shows the Mexico story to be the fabrication of the CIA. Flush this piece of propaganda covering up the state-sponsored coup that killed Kennedy in 1963. Maybe he found some new things about the travesty that was the Warren Commission. Regardless, this guy has missed half a century of research. If the truth is to be known, and handed down through the generations, we who know and care must speak up, like this, every chance we get. Otherwise, the truth will be buried under the weight of "official" history, because it matters what kind of president Kennedy was, and that he was killed by the permanent elements behind the government that oppress us with perpetual war. Bye, bye, America. Bye, bye, Bill of Rights. Hello, despotism. Hello, Brave New World. Hello, 1984. It matters.

The Genovese storyline being blown out of proportion, so I guess we’ve been exposed to fake news for a much longer time than we thought. What’s more surprising about the bullets is why one remains relatively intact and another one of the same manufacture fragments into many small pieces. If you’re interested in a more logical version,get the book “Mortal Error “. Oswalds ‘s role with a tragic accident with a subsequent coverup,which fuels all of the conspiracies.

I mean, its not really that hard. Bulllets do weird things when they hit people. Depending on where the hit, the yaw, how they are slowed down will affect how much a bullet is damaged. The headshot hit JFK's hard skull. The "pristine" bullet was, by no mean, "pristine." It was a bit flattened, but in pretty good shape. But it slowed down going through soft tissue in his back. Bullets can can change directions in people's bodies cuz, you know, people are not just full of air, there's like...stuff in there.

The fact that he can claim with a straight face that Oswald and probably Oswald alone, assassinated Kennedy, quite apart from being depressing in itself, gives me good reason to guess that his book on the 9/11 Commission goes a similar way......

Also, look at what Russ Baker has to say about Poppy Bush, big oil interests & the fact that JFK had threatened to disband the CIA (deep state) George W H,s natural home, oh yeh & Dulles had been fired by the President & was on the commission, are you kiddin me ? The commission was a cover up not an investigation !!

Watched convincing videos to the effect that Oswald was a trained decoy and that there had to be another shooter due to the injury. There are interviews with folks who attest that the windshield was replaced that showed that and so on. What do you think of this kind of material?

Shenon doesn't know that Brennan could not possibly get a view of a shooter so far above in so low a window - the sill 9 inches above the floor? these guys admit that Humes actions, not to mention katzenbach's, Fritz's, Hosty's are all inspiring of conspiracy talk - but retain utter confidence that no such lead was ever worth running down as though the NYT or Shenon themsleves had ever run down leads - even those rpovided by Shenon's own Cngreess, to the Justice Dept, May, 1979. Shenon is here to tell us Oswald did do this incredible shooting, would have done it, would not have claimed responsibility for it, either, and moreover that no one sent Oswald - when LBJ suggested KGB did - when HSCA suggested, Marcelko did. Shenon buys the SBT - when Tip Oneill, Sen Russell, Powers 7 o Donnell, & Connally himself, did not. What a brain, this Phil Shenon.

So the government wants us to believe that Lee somehow missed an easy - unhurried - simple shot on a stationary target from 75 feet (with nobody around) on April 10 and he hits a moving target twice (once in the head) when there is a large crowd watching and only having seconds to accomplish it from about 250 feet away...As if

Shot at Walker was in the dark, shot at JFK was in broad daylight and the limo was moving slowly down an incline meaning from Oswald's point of view Kennedy's head was barely moving in his scope. As it is, Oswald *did* botch it. He got overexcited and fired too soon as the limo went under the tree branches, the second shot didn't kill JFK outright and almost killed the wrong man instead, and only the third shot was successful.

@Aaron Z ... Governor Connolly was shot with the 7.65 German Mauser that was found in the book depository...the Governor was not shot with Oswald’s cheap dime store rifle... Scientific experiments have been conducted by shooting full metal jacketed ammunition into the distal portion of the radius bone (closest to the hand) and none have ever looked like CE 399

DID this guy get his info from the warren commission? I just read that Oswald was on the 2nd floor of the book building, not the 5th. A witness confirmed that she was in the stair case and saw No one coming down the stairs. The cop that Oswald alledgedly killed had bullets that did not match Oswalds little gun. Oswald may have had some problems with government but I don't think he was able to make a gun shoot from the 5th floor (which witnesses say the shot did not come from that building) when Oswald was on the 2nd floor. Then all the BS that went on at the hospital for the autopsie, the Drs were kept away, And the mysterious bullet that hit the curb that Dallas police have that section of curb in evidence that the Warren Commission deny the shot happened... NOTHING MAKES SENSE out of the Warren Commission. Then the facts about the possibility that Then Vice Pres Johnson was behind it with overwhelming facts of how and why he was involved. The bottom line is they say the Gov was directly involved with the assassination. This guy is full of......... nonsense.

To explain the magic bullet theory, we have to ignore the doctor who said the neck shot entered from the front, we have to believe that the bullet did not enter jfk's back but 8" higher where Ford just moved it and that Connelly was sitting about 18" to the left where no seat wa and that for some reason the bullet ended up on JFK's stretcher instead of Connelly's leg. .
@davidgoetz2576 Жыл бұрын
If the wound in the throat was an entrance wound, where did the bullet go? There's no bullet in the body and no exit wound in the back or neck. Also, the doctor who expressed that opinion regretted it: bullets moving stably (not wobbling or tumbling) can leave round neat exit wounds, and this bullet struck only soft tissue passing through Kennedy's upper body.
@alrifr5786 Жыл бұрын
@davidgoetz2576 according to rhe secret service agent, the so-called magic bullet was found in the back seat. Instead of investigated, JFKs limo was cleaned and scrubbed. Every piece of evidence is crap because the investigation was so poorly done.
