Most addicts quickly develop an affinity for a specific substance or "drug of choice." As a result of this fixation, their desire for other substances will often be greatly diminished. In that case, it is possible that her abstinence from alcohol is a direct result of her secretive preference for barbituates. Edit: To clarify, I was mainly responding to the last sentence, the idea that someone must not have been using prescription pills because they don't even drink alcohol. As if in order to be an addict, a person must abuse every mood altering substance they come across. The idea that if someone were to develop a habit for valium or something, they would also suddenly crave alcohol, cocaine, heroin, speed, etc. is a myth I would like to be rid of. As if an addict is someone who constantly seeks all manner of hethenistic pleasure at any cost. Just not true.

We all know it was not Oswald. The gun they "found" there was not his gun, it was a completely different kind of rifle. The bullets they recovered (and it was more than three) were from different guns. There were people who saw the government men put a rifle in Oswald's dead hand just long enough to put prints on it. There is so much you don't know if this was your conclusion. Even the Zapruder film was messed with before any version was released to the public. It was done right away, and one of the people who was involved verified it in an interview years later. There were eyewitnesses who were not called for the Warren Commission. They all died within a very short time, but they were interviewed by newspeople and those interviews are online in various places. The road sign that was exactly placed where the film didn't catch which direction the bullets were coming from had been moved before and again after the shooting. There are cameras all over the plaza now, but if you ask about them you'll be told they're weather monitors. And no, they did not release all of the documents. They still have a lot of them redacted, and those are just the ones that were not destroyed. Everything changed that day, and there are some people still alive who remember. There are probably copies somewhere of the "destroyed" documents, but we'll never see them in our lifetimes. For whatever reason, they still don't want the public to know the truth.

@@roberthamlin6638 That's a brilliant, persuasive and exhaustive response, congrats. And now, of course, since I know so little about the matter, presumably you will explain away all of the following: a) The only gun found was Oswald's Carcano, and every bullet and fragment ever found were matched to it. b) So you two are presumably saying somebody left the wrong kind of gun, or multiple guns, lying around the crime scene for an army of police and FBI agents to swiftly find... c) So you two are presumably saying somebody took it for granted they would frame this on a lone shooter while firing more times than he could possibly have been capable of in the time allotted... d) In fact, most credible witnesses heard 3 shots total, and victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate 3 shots over 8-9 seconds with several seconds between each. e) Witnesses directly under the sixth floor window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead. f) Victims' reactions in the film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet, and ergo, from behind. g) Kennedy is clearly seen to suffer an exit wound at the temple consistent only with a shot from behind. h) Connally's said the shots came from behind. i) Autopsy shows the shots came from behind. j) Parkland doctors are seen on NOVA in 1988 examining the autopsy photos and having no particular problem with them. k) Zapruder's film was in custody, secured, processed, copied, distributed and viewed by investigators and media representatives way too fast to have been "messed" with. l) I openly challenge you or Ellen to explain what the hell "Plan B" was if other films or evidence turn up that flatly contradict a Zapruder film that has been "altered right away" (her exact words) and thus just end up confirming a conspiracy is operating. m) Since altering the film means you would have to alter the autopsy to suit, how do you safely approach scores of FBI, Secret Service, military personnel, doctors, pathologists, x-ray techs, photographers, witnesses, etc., and persuade them all to obey illegal orders to do this (requiring performing surgeries, altering wounds, destroying evidence, falsifying reports, faking photos, forging x-rays, bluffing their way through subsequent investigations, committing perjury by the dozen, and piling cover-ups atop cover-ups...? n) Now, then, how is taking all these risks messing with films and autopsies a BETTER and safer idea than just... leaving well enough alone and saying Oswald must have had an accomplice who got away, which would have suited any "conspiracy" just fine? o) Since the "mysterious deaths list of witnesses" is in fact a hoax created by a couple of notorious grifters, I openly challenge you two to explain what witnesses "all died within a very short time" (her exact words) and in a suspicious manner. p) Story of sinister agents helping themselves to the murder weapon out of the evidence locker, going to a funeral home, throwing out the staff, shoving the gun into a dead man's hands, and leaving ink behind on those hands, thus making it utterly confirmed to those staff a conspiracy is openly operating, is absurd, implausible, and another crackpot conspiracy factoid. Oswald's palm print, found on the rifle, was in fact latent. Thanks in advance for clearing all this up, I'm sure it will be fascinating and conclusive.
@roberthamlin663817 минут бұрын
@ the original weapon found was a German Mauser. It is even in the police reports and was reported on television for over ten hours. It is common knowledge that Oswald worked for the cia. He was recruited when he was at Atsugi Japan. He was also there with a person named Roscoe White who admitted that he was the grassy knoll shooter in a diary that he kept. He went to work for the Dallas police department two months before the assassination. The hole in Kennedys throat was a entrance wound, not a exit wound. He was also shot in the back just under his right shoulder blade. Plus the shot to the head from the grass knoll. You can see blood ans bone fragments exit his head from his left and to his rear. Had he been hit in the head from behind, blood would have been all over Connally and the front of the car. The doctors at Parkland hospital said they’re was nothing consistent with what they saw and reported opposed to what the autopsy report from Bethesda said. The two doctors at Bethesda had never performed a n autopsy before. Why? Because it was a cover up from the start. The cia determined Kennedy to be a threat to national security. Kennedy used outside channels to communicate with Kruschev and keeping us from a possible nuclear war with the Soviet Union. Everyone in the pentagon wanted to bomb Cuba but Kennedy refused.

He did play dirty during the Democratic Primary Election after he ran late, knowing he would win with one bad thing about JFK. So he got the bad thing, which was JFK's health, and RFK denied it, making Johnson the liar and the loser of the 1960 primary. If Johnson had won, Nixon would have been president.
@roberthamlin663811 ай бұрын
You evidently haven’t looked into this very much. Johnson had the most to gain. He was getting ready to go to prison for corruption. Look up Bobby Baker and Billy Sol Estes. If he got Kennedy out of the way he would have all the power. Bobby Kennedy hated LBJ. With JFK gone Bobby Kennedy was powerless. There was a party the night before the assassanation at Clint Murchinsons place. He was the biggest oil man in Texas. Hoover was there. LBJ was there and many more power brokers. Also one of Johnson’s mistresses was there. Her name is Madeline Brown. Johnson told her that night that after tomorrow those Kennedy will never embarrass me again. And the list goes on and on. You can bet your bottom dollar that Johnson was in on it. Also on Howard Hunts deathbed he was asked by his son who killed Kennedy. He wrote on a piece of paper LBJ, Cord Meyer, and David Atley Phillips.

Also, it's hard to believe that it's been thirty-two years since Stone's film was released on this day in 1991. I have the film on DVD, bought it multiple times on VHS, and saw the film six times in different theaters, and it never loses its power to fascinate. The actual answer is written in Ion Mihai Pacepa's book "Disinformation." (2013) Pacepa was a soviet Intelligence defector- Chief of Foreign Intelligence Services under Ceausescu. Find the book pdf online. 1. Oswald was a soviet agent with KGB brainwashing and training. Cuba participated as well. 2. Oswald's KGB handler tried to call it off shortly before because of unexpected document leak, but Oswald was already too brainwashed to be convinced to stop 3. KGB launched Disinformation campaign to frame CIA for it, to make it look like a "pack of assassins." 4. Johnson called investigation, which found correct answer within a couple months, yet Johnson ordered the result not to become public, either because he was a bastard who didn't want to deal with americans calling for retaliation against USSR, or (my speculation) maybe just because he was a freemason and a part of the communist conspiracy himself. Pacepa did not speculate that far. 5. Jack Ruby was also a KGB agent, ordered to dispose of Oswald. Disinformation is a MUST READ. Seriously you can find this part of the book in less than 5 minutes if you Google pdf right now

@@Beez-k7v I think you’re nitpicking my words. What I meant was that LBJ, the CIA, and the FBI; being representatives of our government are, in fact “the government”. So, within the context of our current government, I would refer to Joe Biden, the CIA and the FBI as the equivalent of the phrase “our government”. You certainly have the right to reject my contraction, and I respect that, but once you notify me of that conclusion you open yourself to my opinion on the matter. Expanding on this theme, I would say that our “current government” is the most corrupt government we have ever had. President Joe Biden is little better than Donald Trump: They are both representatives of crime families. Additionally, I would include the Supreme Court, the CIA and the FBI as current representatives of our government and conclude that we are currently being represented by the most un-democratic, corrupt, and dishonest personalities most of us can imagine. The upcoming election is little more than a sham for the shadow government that is really running the show. It doesn’t give the voter much choice over the governance of our country when we’re dealing with two criminals who are doing their best to destroy this country.

The ER doctors in Dallas never even knew that Kennedy had a bullet wound in the back assuming the hole in his neck could only be an entrance , until they were called directly from the doctors performing the autopsy at Bethesda.. They also indicated that Kennedy was struck first with a full metal jacket bullet which passes straight through, and a different round that was a hollow point which explodes on impact, like when it struck him in the head at a trajectory that could not have come from the sixth floor building behind him, rather from the ground as witnesses in the motorcade described gun powder smell. That would not have come from a sixth floor from a building behind them. Ridiculous.

Saw this on a documentary that was deleted from KZbin. The hallow round that explodes was commonly used in secret service ar15’s, which the secret service car behind Kennedy had and you can see one of the agents in the back of the car holding it just after the shooting. It was speculated in the doc that the agent, holding the ar15, had heard the first shot and scrambled for the gun under the front passenger seat while the second shot happened and once he grabbed it, the car started to accelerate slightly, causing him to fall back and accidentally fire the gun. It’s also worth mentioning that 1 out of the 3 casings in the depository looked older and was warped and damaged way more than the others, meaning it was likely used as a chamber holder casing or whatever it’s called where an old spent casing is put in the chamber to keep it free from dust and dirt, so accounting the fact that there were likely only 2 bullets shot by Oswald and the final shot was likely a different type of ammunition, it’s not a huge stretch that the government wouldn’t want people to know the assassination of Kennedy was a fuck up from the secret service or something similar. Sorry for the waffle but your comment jogged my memory of all the info I’d forgotten about and wanted to talk about it 😂

They interviewed the “Corsican Mafia” through one of their hit men who was imprisoned in France at the time for a crime he committed there. He claimed he was offered the job to kill JFK but he turned it down because according to him it was too risky. The documentary was originally divided into two parts. Later on more footage and evidence was added to the investigation that it became too big for just two parts. In the late 90’s (97-99) and early 2000’s (01-02), a new version of the documentary was released which now was divided into 8 parts, if my memory serves me well and doesn’t fail me. I saw the new version of it which was available at the time in KZbin and became even more so convinced than the first time I saw it on TV as a teen, that there was a big conspiracy to eliminate and get out of the way, the then US president John F. Kennedy. The documentary explores every corner that was not researched back in the 60’s and 70’s and left not one single rock unturned. The name of such documentary is: “The men who killed Kennedy”.

It’s as simple as this to dispel the single bullet theory, which, if proven to be wrong, would confirm that a second shooter was present. Go back and watch the zapruder film in slow motion. Watch as Kennedy reacts to being shot in the throat. Watch as Connolly (uninjured) begins to turn around to see what was happened to Kennedy. Look closely at connolly’s face. You can clearly see the moment of impact on Connolly, as his face changes to that of being in a lot of pain. 1.4 seconds has elapsed from the moment Kennedy was shot in the throat, to the moment that Connolly begins to fall into his wife’s lap from being shot. Now continue to watch, from the moment Connolly was shot, to the moment jfk receives the fatal headshot, watch how little time elapses between Connolly being shot and Kennedy being shot. Less than .6 seconds. The fact that 1.4 seconds elapsed between Kennedys throat shot and Connolly being shot already shows that it wasn’t the same bullet, but now ask yourself, how can you take a shot, chamber another round in a bolt action rifle, take aim at 85 yards, and execute a head shot on a moving target, in less than .6 seconds?

I would recommend the book "Six Seconds in Dallas" by Josiah Thompson. It was published a few years after the assassination. He did a scientific analysis of the assassination which the Warren Commission didn't do because they didn't want a scientific analysis.

Have you read the Warren Commission report? It is many volumes. I suggest you read the statements of the many many witnesses, scientific people, FBI ballistic experts with years of experience. The Commission had several test firings in recreated Dealy Plaza scenes, using the same rifle from the same position in the building, the same number of shots. Just read the evidence and use your own wisdom, and don't rely on hearsay bulls__t concocted by people who will never, ever let this rest.

I find it interesting that a CIA Operative was questioned as to his whereabouts on 22 November 1963 the day that JFK was assassinated, and they conveniently couldn’t recall where they were. Bush was at work in Houston that day, he couldn't say that for a fact because he was asked decades after the fact, and no, he did not work for the CIA at that time. At the Time Bush was a county chairman of the Republican party, not remotely in a position of intrigue or power.

Secret Service Agent Paul Landis, still alive at 88, recently said that he found a pristine bullet in the limo after Jackie had left. He found it in the back seat where the bubble top would have been attached. He put it in his pocket and then placed it on Kennedy's stretcher by his feet. If this is true, it makes a lot of sense because the back wound never had a path of exit and the bullet that caused that wound was never found by Dr. Humes. And if his story is true, there was more than one assassin.
