Buying a router and picking up a connection is not going to pay for that movie being made. Even official streams that are legitimately free, at least have ads that make the producers money. Companies release products to make money out of them. Even your TV example doesn't work, because there's also TV on demand where you can pay to watch what you want directly. And you can't upload "anything" on KZbin. This would get taken down if someone reported it.

It's nice that you've decided your own moral ground on how to use (or not use) your money, but you're going against the wrong people. Tezuka Productions is not a rich company, they can barely ever make any new anime and their characters are just mostly tossed onto adverts for cars or medication. It's almost embarrassing. I am sorry, but I think that few Spanish... or Italian... come this way. The different language is an obstacle too big. And, in my case, almost no-one knows Astro Boy. The only way is to watch it in English, Latino or original Japanese. Well, if you want someone to talk with, in your language, you're welcome with me: I learned so much watching the whole 2003 series in Spanish. :-)

I liked the voice of Atom/Astro in Latino dubbing: that boy spoke as he was sillabify the each word, and that fits to a robot, and makes him more cute! :-) They made also some mistakes: they called Shadow "Sombra" once, but in the next episode they called him Shadow again. It seem that they were a bit confused. I also liked the sound of CJ in Spanish. I read it in English, "Si Gei", meanwhile in Spanish became "Se Hota". In original Japane version she has got another name, of course. I don't know why the English name of Roxanne is Brianna, and in Spanish she became Frionna or something like that. What's the matter with Roxanne? The reference to Cyrano de Bergerac was in her name and in Anton and Atom's situation: two boys in love for the same girl, and one helps the other to speak with her and to show his feelings. I listened also the Portoguese version, where Astro/Atom says CIAO! As if he was speaking Italian! :-)

Tengo entendido que el actor tenía como 13 cuando dobló a Astro en la versión latina y ya tenía preparación para el doblaje. Esos errores de nombre son bastantes comunes acá, creo que pasa cuando no se ponen de acuerdo con los nombres que oficialemente van a usar: lo bueno es que lo corrigieron, porque me gusta mas como suena en inglés (es mas misterioso). Sobre los nombres, no recuerdo quien es CJ jaja pero sé que asi se pronuncian las letras. Y Roxanne/Brianna/Frionna pues será que es dificil de pronunciar para los niños. Oh :3 pero bien sabemos que Astro sabe muchos idiomas, asi que no suena tan descabellado. yo quiero oirlo en portugues ¿Es posible verlo?

For the Portoguese version, search you-tube for: Astro Boy - Capitulo 1 Dublado PT-BR, and you'll find all chapters, with the same errors you can find in the English dubbing. Some episodes are swapped, some episodes are badly cut, some others are changed and deeply censored. But that's it. On you-tube the last episodes are missing: I don't remember if Latino or Portoguese last episodes aren't available... but one of the two series is not complete. I also saw few episode in Persian; the word for robot is "Alijeni" or something like that :-) And the episode of Roxanne/Biranna is missing too in this version -_- The dubber of Astro, in the Latino version was a boy, and it was a boy in all the other versions I saw. The exception is the English version, where he's dubbed by a woman, who shouts "Let's rocket!" so loud that I asked myself how loud Atom/Astro could shout... ^_^' All the versions around the world are taken from the English one, so the name of Roxanne is changed in Brianna. I don't see any difficulty in pronouncing any of these names. I really don't know what the problem is; maybe in Spanish they tried to translate all the names, as always French movies and books do. It was too diffcult to change again all the phrases, all the words, all the names again, so they adopted "Shadow" as official name, and they went on. To tell you the truth, I don't like "Zoran"'s name: what was wrong with Uran? In 2003s serie Atom is not kept alive by a nuclear engine anymore, so, they were just names. Maybe Ochanomuzu/O'Shea wanted to give those names to his robot kids. Meanwhile, the name the English version gave to Blue Knight was good: the original name was Blue Bon, after Tezuka's original comic. The English translators called him Cobalt, or Cobalto, in the Latino and Portoguese version, that sounds good: Blu Cobalto, Blue Knight (o Caballero Azul :-) ). The 2003s series never arrived here. We saw the 1980s series, that was good, but made hastly and a bit too cruel in some points, with a hard and heavy atmosphere that feared me as a kid. But the most strange thing were those moment where Astro/Atom was in danger and they started his main theme, as he was winning... or the comic situations, put here and there, that were meant to light up the atmosphere, and instead they just break it, with an awkward creepy effect. Astro was dubbed by an Italian boy who became quite famous as a dubber. I can't find the Italian version anywhere, so I watched the original Japanese with English subtitles on you-tube. Then we had the 2009s movie, but our Astro was dubbed by Silvio Muccino, and he was adult. A bit strange, but good. I had to arrange a bit, and find out all the languages I could understand. But there are not many French episodes on you-tube (they are not cut and not changed), so I had to adapt even to Persian version. CJ was the daughter of the rich man who hired Skunk to make a robot that stole other robots' minds and heart. So Atom has to run for it and stop it, and when the red robot-thief goes crazy, it steals the girl's mind too, in spite of the fact she's a human. And Atom has to let the thief steal his brain too, to save her, Skunk and all the poor stolen robots' hearts. CJ was the girl who gave that strange cross-shaped toy to Atom, and he tries to play it, while her father is speaking against AI robots, and doctor O'Shea is trying to stop him. And she was the girl who had that pretty tiny yellow robot bird, that can send messages. They don't explain how it is able to reach Atom and to take a message straight to him, but that's it :-) Her name in Japanese was different, but not that memorable.

From what I have gathered this is 1 of 5 more or less short´s that where made after the original run of the 2003 anime consisting of 50 episodes. These special shorts are really hard to find and are a lot darker in tone than the original anime.
