Adding music would be suggested for better audience retention. It's great that you are exploring this new video format which included a clear hook at the beginning of the video to hopefully keep your audiences attention and hopefully giving you and your channel the viewership you deserve for what you teach on this channel. Aim to model and watch the channel Hockey Psychology's music and video editing/narration which gets him an average of 100k views a video even though he understand the game far less then you do

Thank you so much for taking the time to give that insight. I really appreciate it. Funny enough I actually met hockey psychology two weeks ago at a poker game. That was the inspiration for making a more well planned out video. I got work to do but I really appreciate the kind words and constructive feedback.
