600 (+100) gr. flour
4500 ml. warm water or milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry yeast
1 egg
0.5 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar 9%
2-3 tbsp. oil
In addition, we will need:
30 gr. Butter
Sesame seeds
brown sugar
egg yolk + 2 tbsp. milk
