No, Chepito was voiced by Jack Angel who also voiced Bruno Martinez and the Large Hitman in the same game and also did Bolus in Full Throttle plus did Chunk in Toy Story 3. Herman Toothrot is voiced by Wally Wingert who started to voice the character in Escape from Monkey Island and did him in MI2 too. He also voices Biff the Ghost, Franklin (one of the Men of Low Moral Fiber) and Sword Pirate 1 in this game.
