😂😂😂 Obviously not, and Raleigh is probably a very long way from coming even close to NY. It is probably why it is called Raleigh and not New York :) North Hills is a great example of a neighborhood in Raleigh that has pretty much everything from shopping, gym, restaurants, hospitals, close to downtown, airport, RTP and still underrated. :) If you are lucky, you can still buy a home under $1,000,000. Where it is heading, we will probably not going to see these prices again. :)

LOL! Obviously Raleigh can't be compared to any metropolitan areas like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Chicago etc. It would be called one of these. :) However, many asked us if there is even a Costco or a grocery store around, so we did our best to show our audience that there is more about Raleigh than just woods :).
