Millets are our ancestral food.They are super healthy .So when we turn vegan how much millets can we consume especially when we are diabetic.Dr khadar is a Millet man of India who has explained very well about millets.Please reply

Fruits and vegetables are always the best. You can replace the wheat and rice with millets. To reverse diabetes we need to understand the causes of this disease and remove them.

Unprocessed millets are excellent, and we do eat it every day. Its just these days most of the millets are polished and they are not that great. It is staple foods of people where rainfall is uneven.

The ones who followed and made changes got the results. There were some in the group that had already done that before the talk. There are others who changed after and many who never changed too.
