Thank for one more exceptional video. I would like to know for how long you pre heat the oven at 482 F and then you remove to put the dough for 20 minutes. Thank you for your time and keep showing more tips to make sourdough bread and many more.

Ok Mr. Gluten, I baked my first loaf following your instructions from another video. My Lord! Not only did it look exactly like yours, it tasted amazing! It tasted like a fresh baked baguette you would get at an upscale restaurant. It wasn't just good, but the inside was soft and delicious, with the crust nice and crunchy. OMG! Thanks so much for the pointers. I am serious, I have been trying to bake sourdough for the past 20 years. I would give it a go every year, only to be disappointed as the bread tasted like the starter. Warm Regards!🍞

It seemed to me that the one with no steam had good oven rise., As well as the last one. Have you ever tried adding a couple ice cubes to the Dutch oven or spritz of water to the top some say that also helps add a little extra stream.

Are the loaves straight from the fridge or did you bring them to room temp?

thank u for that video,is really helpfull.on case i dont have owen like yours(where i can buy it?),but a older one,that if i spray the temperature go down immidiatly,and the pot with water on the botton,dont seems make a big different to me ,maybe to small the pot?...so ,i want to ask u,if i spray water on the top of the bread,before put in owen?...can be a solution?u try it?
