花生捲冰淇淋的發源地是宜蘭，剛好你們吃的那一攤包的冰淇淋，也是用宜蘭的冰店的冰淇淋。那家冰店因為是我朋友同學家開的所以吃過幾次，很濃很好吃，但如果要做成花生捲冰淇淋，個人偏好水加多一點的冰淇淋。花生捲冰淇淋用的花生粉一定要是從花生糖磚上刨下來的，才會有糖脆脆的口感跟香味。春捲皮也不能太厚，不然麵粉味道太重會搶走餡料的風采。

寧夏夜市很有名的⋯ 燒麻吉，ㄘㄨㄚ、冰，紅豆湯，豬肝湯，青草茶˙（剛剛在你隔壁），魷魚焿+炒米粉，很有名的麻油雞，路邊小籠包(個人覺的比鼎泰豐好吃)... 寧夏夜市最有名的就是- 蚵仔煎(所以有很多家競爭！)胡椒餅，虱目魚⋯等等～ 以前在台灣算古老的夜市就是捷運雙連站舊址..捷運線以前是火車軌道..那邊有一個鐵路餐廳(其實也是小型夜市)，圓環，寧夏夜市、延平夜市還有重慶北路夜市(離寧夏夜市很近大概5分鐘..)附近還有媽祖廟⋯ 這個區域的幾個小吃美食營業時間幾乎是從早到晚接力不停(ㄟ，對厚！以前就已經是7-11了！我現在才發現～哈哈😄 可見以前那邊的生活圈多麼的活絡和熱鬧呵⋯從早上晚上一直到半夜～泰半都是中下階層《以前的台北橋下面有很多的臨時工》的苦力和捆工的生活圈！但那裏的食材可都是非常道地可口好吃又很乾淨的～因為那邊離迪化街很近，迪化街賣南北貨都是有錢人⋯所以在地小吃食材都是狠讚的！很多老手藝都在慢慢地失傳了！ 以前的平民美食大全幾乎都圍著民生西路連著圓環一直到迪化街、延平北路、臺北橋⋯那邊說有多熱鬧就有多熱鬧～你朋友說的沒錯..整個台北最有生命力最活絡的地方就是那一區！也是台北最熱鬧的一個集散中心！哇！好想念臺北最最道地的小吃啊⋯ 衛斯理下次一定要再去慢慢走慢慢品嚐西台北以前的繁榮勝景⋯ 逛逛迪化南北貨大街、還有大稻埕碼頭⋯😄😄

觀光客很少去寧夏夜市，大部分都是去士林、饒河街夜市，寧夏夜市有很多老店、老味道，日本、韓國的客人慢慢越來越多。

@@陳珊蒂-c5w 發源地在基隆 營養三明治的由來是源自於1950、60年代，美軍在亞洲有韓戰與越戰，台灣在當時作為美國反共戰略的夥伴之一，因此北部的重要港口基隆常有美軍出入。 從外地遠至異鄉作戰的軍人因為想念家鄉的味道，而向當地人點了三明治，而營養三明治就在這樣似懂非懂、雞同鴨講的狀態下誕生了。

基隆夜市的三明治好像是發源地，比較好吃吧，太久沒去吃了，有點忘記味道，但是很多人排隊…還有寧夏的炸芋頭球等等，好像都蠻特別，可以吃吃
