I appreciate your trying to help people. With that being said your advice is terrible. Firstly only use high quantity abrasives. They will not shatter. Second only tighten your grinding disk by hand and they will come off by hand. Third and most important, use two hands and the handle provided with your grinder.

Я на болгарке годы проработал. Специалист. И вот что я захотел написать. Чтобы дойти до моего уровня. У человека 10000 % будут разлетаться отрезные круги. Поскольку человеку придется отрезать 1) Различный метал. Который ведёт себя по разному. Сваренный с другими металлами. С пустотами - слоями. И т.д. 2) Так как и нужно отрезать в неудобных, трудно доступных ограниченных местах. Иногда в слепую. 3) Когда Метал не в тисках. А свисает. На изломе. Выкрученный пропеллером. При стягивании с клином диска. В напряжении. И т.д. Что я только не резал. Как я только не резал. Например. 230 мм кругом, я резал трубы 1000 мм, сразу под углом с фаской. Двутавр 420, утолщенный. Паровые толстостенные трубы. 125 дисками вырезал КРУГЛЫЕ отверстия в баке, для врезки труб. Резал под водой. То есть только 20 мм воды сверху металла. И постоянно под струёй воды, направленной под диск, именно с той стороны где диск врезается. Чтобы он воду не отталкивал на выходе с искрами. А втягивал. Поскольку нужно было резать метал так. Чтобы под металом не сыпались вниз искры. Это был огнеопасный объект. Все искры должны были вылетать вверх с под воды. И диск должен быть тонким, чтобы было и меньше искр. И чтобы вода в рез быстро не уходила. Иногда встречаются такие рабочие моменты. Что по любому нужно с болгарки ( отрезной машинки ), чехол снимать. Потому что в чехле невозможно сделать того, что в чехле. Иногда я зажимаю болгарку подошвой обуви. Например чтобы по месту наточить сверло. Или с отводов поснимать фаски, и т.д. Иногда я специально еле применяя силу, удерживаю в одной руке болгарку. Положив ее на лист металла. Чтобы ровнее был рез. Сам диск толкает вперёд болгарку при резке. Иногда я шлифую отрезным кругом вместо зачистного. Бывает когда разлелиться диск. То заклинивает гайку так, что не открутить, как показано в этом видео. Даже если зажать в тиски, и бить по гайке молотком. Или бывало что стояла обычная гайка под рожковый ключ на 24. И тоже, не раскручивалась. Хоть молотком бей. Хоть в ключ вставляй трубу, для увеличения рычага. Остаётся только нагрев гайки резаком до красна. Самый быстрый способ открутить гайку с диска, если диск разлетелся а гайка ключом не откручивается, либо нет ключа под рукой. Это зажимаешь пальцем кнопку, и силой проталкивая болгарку врепер, в сторону откручивания диска, от себя бьёш диск об доску. В 90 - 95 % откручивается. Ну и т.д. А как-то я работал на болгарке в маске с плохой видимостью, и с лестницы на высоте 3 - х метров. Так лестница съехала. И я повис на балке на одной руке. А во второй руке работает большая болгарка. Её я держал за ручку. Маска запотела, и я был слеп. И вися я стал думать что делать. Болгарку откидывать в сторону не льзя было. Я стал звать на помощь, и прибедал человек, мне под ноги поставил упавшую лестницы. После того случая, я НЕ пользуюсь кнопкой ( отпусти руку ) . Я могу долго вспоминать и писать. Но это видео меня рассмешило. Это как учителю по Алгебре. Школьник рассказывает про 3 × 4. Иногда я понимаю что нужно чтобы иди время сэкономить. Или чтобы вышло качественно. Мне нужно рисковать. И доводить до 70 - 90 % до того, что диск разлетится. У меня все цело на теле. Единственно что было при неопытности. Так это осколки в глазах, и накипи. 1 раз доставали с глаза иглой от шприца. Работайте всегда, в очках или забрало. А то в молодости я подглядывал щурив глаза.
