One Life To Live was so Awesome back then. General Hospital and AMC all were good. Love Vicky personality storyline. Ereka Sleyzek can and has always delivered great acting. No wonder she won so many great acting nods.

Why would Niki Smith not be familiar with being in the library in the lanfair mansion? When Niki spent many times in the library from the past. There was a storyline where Niki actually shot Victor Lord with a gun right in the library. Of course Victor didn’t press charges against her daughter Viki.

I believe it is Robin Strasser and also the late Kathryn Hays, and Maura West. I know many prefer Erika Slezak but I prefer Robin Strasser!

Many here have said 1985-1991 was the OLTL Golden Era. Ironically those days were when Andrea Evans returned in 1985 and lasted for a bit after she left in 1990. Hopefully with her return we'll see an improved show

The golden age was 85 to 89. When andrea James depaiva & ( when max was at his prime ) & fiona ( gabrielle ) all left within a year the show collapsed. They say the second golden age was when linda Gottlieb was e.p. & micheal malone & Josh Griffith were head writers 92 to 95 was the second & final golden age. Gh also went through their last golden age from 93 to 98 with the return of luke & laura , sonny & brenda, jason's car accident , stone's death from aids & the cassadines saga. After that when sonny came back in 99 it became the sonny & carly mob show esp when steve burton left for awhile & was on & off til about 2003. It was dumb in a way to put the two leading characters together bc the show revolved around carson. I never liked that pairing ever yet it's still dominating the show 21 years later. Their was a lot going on as I mentioned above but carson helped to phase out the cassadine saga & destroyed the quartermaine family. I guess the q's are building back up with the next generation of Edward's great grandkids & theirs children if the show lasts mainly Danny & jake.

The Niki Smith storyline was from 1985-1986. This has to be one of the most classic Erika Slezak scenes EVER! Viki, Dorian, Clint and Jenny all there for the revelations and Clint meeting Niki. Is there scenes of Niki with the red wig, the courtroom scene where Niki came out or the Waterside Inn scene where Viki came back available?

After seeing this, TPTB please, please, PLEASE put Dorian, Viki and Tina in a scene together (and throw in Tess for good measure) when Erika returns from her vacation. I want to revisit the secret room now that Tess is rebuilding it. Wouldn't it be interesting if Tess trapped not only Jared and Natalie there, but Dorian, Tina AND Viki?? The secret room was one of the most fascinating and intriguing stories on daytime. EVER!

Actually Jenny's first married name was Siegel as her maiden name was Wolek. She had married Tim Siegel, played by Tom Berenger from Major League, on his deathbed after he got into a nasty fight with Vinnie who blamed Tim for Jenny leaving her life as a nun. Jenny and Karen were cousins of Larry, Vinnie and Anna which got retconned to be distant cousins so it wouldn't be as creepy for Larry and Karen to be lovers.
