Thank you. This was so helpful. Our vids went viral on YT Recommended with daily subs until we started filming Bible Studies. Then it all stopped. We’re back to filming and will start to upload again. We cannot monetize on youtube kids so thats a huge issue, but we can monetize in other ways if we’re doing it well. We’ll see what happens! I will say this there is a fight for market share over short video content.... I focus on shorts and I went from 18k subscribers to 600k subscribers in one year, shorts algorithm moves faster and every time u post a long video or short video it pushes traffic to shorts content

But the only way you can get better is to tell stories and when you're not creating you can listen to or watch stories other people tell and learn from them.
