It be cool to have a really big island appear off on the edge of the map. Much larger and full of ruins. Kinda like a Cuba for the sea of thieves. Be curious if something like that could appear with the ancients.

I do really hope we get all this interesting stuff that Falcore talked about in this video popping into the game this year. Season 8 hasn't been very interesting because it's just the two different big factions squabbling with one another so I'm hoping for the upcoming adventures (during season 8 because I have no clue what 9 will hold) to be interesting enough to make up for that

The grind is also way too long, abusive & exploitable for griefplayers. Thats just the harsh truth. It would be awesome if it would have in general been only 50% of the entire lenght. But this? Just awful.

Im convinced that S8 is only bad because of the queue times. If they fix the queues, im sure things will get much much better for everyone. The grind is a slog, but it wasnt meant to be something that you do quick and be done with it. They tried (and mostly failed) to design some longevity into the mode. But between the queues and player pool issues, its just been a slog.

@@MrOskiee The queue times for duo sloops are literally instant from what I've seen, so if you typically play with a galleon you might want to split up into two groups of two. me and my friend were playing the other day and the instant we dipped underwater we came right out again.

Just to comment, A Pirates Life tall tale story line is more of a nod to The Goonies than Shores of gold, from the Waterslide to the Flying Dutchman being inside of a massive cavern, with a on deck fight. Also to note, in Pirates of the Caribbean Online, Jolly Roger would infamously appear as astral projections in the sky or in caves. So that could also be reference for Flameheart but not strictly.

No one needs to do the bell if they use their sub feed. All subbed content creators videos go to this feed, sorted by upload day. I have been subbed for months to Falcore. I literally have a book mark called SUBSCRIPTIONS and I check it multiple times per day. The bell is for notifications to the phone to tell people there is a new video immediately.

I want to love this game but the combat on foot is trash with only 4.5 weapon types to choose from. Plus each type has zero variation between their peers, so if you have one you have them all…Staff was a god send but you can’t start with it sadly.

I left the community after the frist week of season 8's abysmal release which rendered the game virtually unplayable if you have a life outside of the game [i don't have 20 minutes to waste waiting for matchmaking, only for the other crew to leave the game during the loading sequence, causing your crew to get stuck in purgatory. Secondly, the youtuber I quoted is a free man, who regularly posts new videos, and widely respected in the constitutional auditing community. It isn't some secret club that requires rigorous trials to be accepted into...you install the fuggin game file, and link your account. So let me rephrase it; Sea of Thieves devs: player counts are dropping. Again. Joe Neate: can I finally off myself? Devs: not yet..we're calling our Partners to have them push videos discussing our plans for the next 12 months of delayed bug filled updates "Ahoy all you beautiful privateers known for barbecuing meats over animal dung...Captain Falcore here with a 10 minute video of B reel footage playing while I discuss what is coming to the game and pass it off as speculation." But, on the trafficking subject...since you seem to follow news about that lifestyle... why is a man in his mid 30s playing a game rated t for teen, whose core demographic is ages 10-24?
