The season after he finished 9th mate with the same team. What's your point?
@jecht79292 жыл бұрын
This year he inherited a Quadruple treble winning squad with a few of his own additions (including Kyogo) and managed the perfect record of getting pumped out of Europe 3 times in one season, along with keeping the league deficit down to a mere 4 points Let's look at rangers manager change Last season, when Celtic changed manager, rangers romped the league by 25pts and went on a decent European run Ange isn't all he's cracked up to be, if he was that good, he'd have taken that QT squad and ran them further threw Europe than rangers (assuming as Celtic fans say, they have a better squad) and would have been in a final of Europe but no, he wasn't good enough to do that, just win the Scottish League from a team who changed manager and he ONLY JUST beat to the title 🤷 There is levels to the manager game and Ange is nowhere close to Gio, that is fact.
@JPusername2 жыл бұрын
@@jecht7929 have you watched the video yet? Rangers have had an incredible European run, but at the start of the season everyone thought the league was written off for Celtic and now look at us. Ange is to thank for that, he's been incredible
@bbuu8562 жыл бұрын
@@jecht7929 Celtic didn’t have a good enough squad at the start of the season to be in the CL as the team they started v midjiland was had a lot of reserve players/youngsters in it. In the Europa league they got 9/18 points whereas Rangers got 8/18 points in an easier group. In the Conference league they got outplayed by bodo who are a decent team and beat Roma 6-1. Gio has beat ange once in 4 games, and even at that is was in extra time. Gio was 7 points ahead when he came in and since then dropped 14 or so points. He’s done a great job in europe, but saying ange is “nowhere near close to gio” is completely false.

Winning this league against an incredibly strong Rangers team (their European run and last season’s unbeaten league season speaks for its self) is one of the greatest achievements in Celtics modern history. Celtic had to downsize their squad and essentially had to replace 10/11 of last seasons regular starters, all while making a net profit from transfers. If we’re lucky enough to keep Ange for a few years he will build something truly special.

@@mickporter1488 we didn’t spend £30 million. We made a profit from transfers. I know that’s something you’re not familiar with since neither of your clubs have done it in at least 35 years but what that means is that Ange has assembled a squad that has won the league, that was worth less than the squad we had last season in terms of transfer value. Rangers losing the league this year after keeping their entire unbeaten squad from last year is one of the most embarrassing instances of bottling a title in Scottish football history and if not for your European run, Gio would be on the dole.

They beat Celtic, Roma and others in Europe. The only problem is people/fans are impatient and want the manager always to be practical and have a Plan B and C etc. I think after Ange is finished with the SPL you will see a board of one of the other teams embark on a project like this. It is the only way to the top. Doing the same thing and expect I get a different result is the definition of madness. I have no doubt that if Ange had taken over Hibs or Hearts he would have challenged for the title. He knows how to find talent and turn ordinary players into extraordinary players ( provided they play his system).

I think you took it the wrong way I think there trying to say they ruined the chance for rangers to do something special this year by taking the title ,cheering for you guys in the European final Scotland deserves more respect
@Beyondultragaming2 жыл бұрын
If you looked celtic at the start of the season they looked like they wouldnt wrestle back the title. alot of their good players left and rangers looked like they had got even stronger but not hes romped to the premiership title got 93 points which is 16 more than last year. Their transfer strategy has been really smart and very well could go on and retain it again. Rangers europa league run though has been nothing but increble. Tbh i think it shows how much better scottish football is getting

What a childish coment . Grow up man , grow up . Noonday is taking anything away from Rangers , they've done great to get to the final . Eeeerrr , no need to put other team down . A team that was nowhere at the start on the season and are on top at the end . Grow up and good luck in your final . Next year it's going to be exciting .

No chance, only 4 points difference it was fought tooth and nail for, it all came down to those 2 derbys and we clearly showed who the better side is. Think about how good we’re gonna get with a full preseason with more quality depth added…

@@Kyle_P2022 Nah you need to just admit the silly draws against Hearts (H), Motherwell (H) x2, Ross County (A) fucked us. Much more winnable games than the Celtic matches. We've looked brilliant now that Gio's tactics have clicked though.

@@Galohide Not at all, as much as an achievement as it is, you’re only in that final due to dire to watch football… your lot complain that the Ross county’s etc always sit back and defend and then yous go do it in Europe lol

@@Kyle_P2022 Its called playing the tie. Why go away from home and play attacking football only to get cuffed 3-0. Maybe if the other Glasgow team did that then they would win their first knockout tie in almost 20 years. Also we've scored 16 goals in the knockout ties so can't be that dire ;)
