@iloverodj2 жыл бұрын
The new style of motivational video, is very effective at inducing realization through THOROUGH analysis of a specific factor. Meanwhile, the old style is great for providing an overview (which is extremely helpful for those who are already accepting of the single narrative's point, as well as for those who have a short attention span). Most likely, each of those styles successfully gets through to the type of mentality that is susceptible to it. And I love both. But in addition, I would be delighted to see the old style of 15 things being addressed, FOLLOWED BY a series of individual videos, which each gives (the new style of) thorough analysis, for a different one of the previously addressed 15 things. We future decillionaires, love thorough understanding of everything.

Hey Alux, as one of your first loyal students, I strongly suggest that you also keep the OLD or “15 Things” format. Perhaps alternating OLD and NEW format would be best. As much as this new narrative format is more focused, in-depth, and informative, there's something about the OLD, 15 Things that we've all fell in love with. For one, it's simple. That content is easier to keep in mind and it's also more convenient to recall should one require to revisit that particular topic. Also, it's comprehensive. With 15 things mentioned about a particular topic, it's hard to miss something that's important or relevant whereas with the narrative, you only focus on discussing and dissecting a point and are likely to miss some factors that may be involved. I know there are a lot of things to consider but please keep the OLD format. I'm already missing it so badly this early!

Hi Aluxers and Alex-team! I barely comment on KZbin for the sake of saving my own time and for avoiding dumb arguments in the comment section. Nonetheless I would really like to thank Alex for all their hard work and sharing of really beneficial insights. You present the content in a matter-of-fact way and yet positive attitude without BS. And certainly not in some airy fairy lofty happy hippie tree-hugging way, where you get rich by sending wishes to the universe - which does not work anyway. You are the real deal! BTW: OLD AND NEW. Depends on the topic and how deep you wanna go into it. For explaining asymmetric risk, I liked the NEW way. Sometimes the OLD way can make sense. Be electric and alternate :-)
@HUSTLEORSTARVEENT2 жыл бұрын
I was one of the unlucky ones who lost everything through asymmetric risk. Imagine being in 7 wrong places all at the wrong times and losing all you have, and then some. That is why EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION are key. Form your circle of trustworthy people with credible track records, and treat each factor as an ingredient in your chemistry set, where you have to be extremely precise and accurate. With that said, I prefer the NEW style of motivational videos. I've seen enough of the old ones to understand what I should do, but deep dives are especially helpful. Think about what it would be like to hear intricate details about one step - you might learn something valuable that you would not have gained from a brief overview.

New... Well said & organized. Methodical scientific method is the efficient... But keep it entertaining... Thanks, KG

This is, singlehandedly, the most useful piece of content by Alux since ages.

I prefer the OLD. Breaks down the story in different parameters. Did enjoy this video a lot though.

"the most we can lose is $42,000" lol ok bye. Your argument is flawed. By your theory, any stock is an asymmetric risk so long as you go long because you could only lose what you invest and potentially gain infinitely, right? WRONG. You missed out on things like fundamentals to also consider. You surely don't want to be invested ina "cigar butt" company, do you?

I think you guys should alternate between both new and old, both are great and very interesting!

In my own personal preference I would choose the new you guys go more in-depth on the subject and in my opinion that is more helpful than just giving us a list of things

The old one was nice...and also a bit long which I loved...ssly, alux might be the only one whom I want to keep listening. Speaking of which, can anyone please tell me the name of the narrator?! I'm in love with her voice & style for like forever 🥺🇮🇳❤️

I really liked this NEW way of Sunday videos. They are more focus and move in a beautiful narrative

Alux keeps pushing the boundaries of providing eye opening content in a succinct manner. Thank you AluxTeam!!! I would say keep both, with a 70 by 30 ratio. With 70 ratio for Narrative ones and 30 for the list

I like both ...but New has an upper hand and is more focused making it easy to implement.

I like BOTH the NEW and the OLD. Just keep making videos please. I am trying on the asymmetric risk, but haven't hit a motherload yet.

There is a downside to getting 0% of investment but upside it can go as high it can... I will surely do asymmetric investment today... Thanks : )

Please do the lists. I honestly feel like something died. Love you Alux

Thanks Again Alux!!! OLD & NEW :: Both are great & have value. Changing it up is certainly a good thing. There have been _many_ lists I've enjoyed & learned much from. This was also a good concept to expose people to. Perhaps your next list could be 15 Asymmetric Risks to get ahead or something?

Can you do both, Aluxers? Embracing the future but keeping in mind the ol' days? Big Up from Romania btw!!!

So how much money have you guys made through asymmetric risk?

Both New and Old formats are great! But I must say ... I like the new focused format!
