I wholeheartedly agree with this! For me what I’ve done that has helped me tremendously is taking a month off of work every quarter of the year. I work in the healthcare field and burnout is just inevitable if one doesn’t take time out for themselves and feeling like they need to work, work, work. Living to work instead of working to live. Play became a huge factor for me once the world opened back up after the pandemic. It was a rough & brutal working time. Now, life feels a lot more balanced.

Hello, have to get caught up on everything. Taking your own advice shows. Your skin glows & look so hydrated. BTW, did you attend the last Kennedy Honors? I was looking for your presence on the televised presentation.Thank You for such wonderful advice/ suggestions.

I’m all about spending my money for convenience why are we so embarrassed about paying to have housework done I didn’t like doing those things as a child and now that I can afford to have some other person do it I’m not going to let family and friends guilt me into to thinking I should be able to do those tasks myself I can but I won’t
@ALove4Me7 күн бұрын
For me it wasn't embarrassment, but instead convincing myself that housekeeping is a worthwhile investment over saving more or investing more

Oh gosh I love these points, I'm good at starting my day without distractions but the nighttime routine, it's challenging to get off Netflix 🫣😆 an hour before sleeping. Working on it tho. Your hair is GORGEOUS 🥰
