I know exactly how your wife feels. I am tired of my job. Tired of looking at that place 😡. The constant changes and the it's never the company's fault attitude. The blame is always on the employees. Upper management get the bonuses as a result of hard work of the workers. It's time to leave for my well being and peace of mind. You are so right about wondering about what if I've just tried to do something different. I tried one business before and it failed.
