Recipe for soft cornmeal scones.
You will make it every day.
- 350 gr. corn flour
- 500 gr. white flour
- 20 ml. oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 40 gr. yeast
- 400 ml. lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
For coating: 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, salt, sesame...
Bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
