The main thing I loved about this dish is the “Creole seasoning” I know I’ve seen you use that in mostly every recipe you’ve shown, but I really liked it on this dish. Sugar doesn't go in spaghetti. And all she did was cook regular spaghetti, placed it in a baking dish and added cheese on top then threw it in the oven. This isn't a recipe. All you have to say is add whatever cheese to the top of your leftovers and bake the shit.

This looks great. A twisted style of spaghetti lasagna. A layer of bechamel sauce before the cheese would nock this over. So nice to see you had broken up the mince meat before adding to the pan. Unlike some who just lob a brick of it in the pan, then spend an afternoon time getting it to crumble. 👍🤤
