Me brother taught me to make this from me about 10 yrs old. N now me a inna me 30s. But I always add seamoss (tin) bcuz that we used to, add banana & Likkle cinnamon powder. But I don’t sweetened it with milk, me use horse tonic. But nice recipe Val, love it

I always make the peanut punch for hubby so the only difference for the strong back is the okra and he loves it and since you're speaking from experience am definitely making it for the exta love you made me laugh bless
