I'm FINALLY starting to FEEL the emotions during visualisation, I've been practising for years but in the beginning it just felt so "fake" and unrealistic and far away from my current situation that it almost felt like a chore doing it and I would just give up every couple of days.. but there's recently been a shift in my energy/frequency/aura however you wanna call it and I've started noticing synchronicities too, so I think I'm closer than ever :) Thank you Aaron, and everyone who has helped me, and whoever happens to read this comment and needs to hear it, please have faith and keep doing the "work", cause maybe it takes more time for some people due to limiting beliefs but it's all true -if you believe it is ;)

@@stefan4077 I would say that taking action and actually shifting some things in your life so that you can see real change in the 3D definitely helps so maybe try and do that, like, idk what you might need, but setting boundaries was one thing for me, maybe you want to quit your job or start a new hobby. Hi Aaron! Ich habe eine Frage bezüglich der geführten Meditationen - wie verhält es sich, wenn ich mir diese auf englisch anhöre, obwohl englisch nicht meine gewohnte Sprache ist? Ich übersetze dann quasi in meinem Kopf simultan, so ist die Kapazität des Empfindens doch geringer, als wenn ich es in der gewohnten Sprache anhöre? Ich stosse immer wieder auf diese Frage, weil vieles eben nur in englisch angeboten wird, was mich inspiriert. Im Grunde würde es bedeuten, dass ich es für mich übersetze, es aufnehme und mir dann vorspiele, um eine bessere Wirkung zu erzielen? Dann verzichte ich leider auf evtl Beats, die es mir ermöglichen, in eine bestimmte Frequenz schneller einzutauchen.. Es ist verzwickt 😅 hier eventuell ein Tipp aus der sprachlichen Trickkiste?
