idk what it is but it always feels like my poke checks do next to nothing while my opponents always sends the puck 20 feet away. Also my players cant seem to get a rebound to save their lives. Im still div 1 so im not a terrible player but i definitely lose a lot of games because my opponent's players feel more assertive than mine
@Brianstormed7 жыл бұрын
Might be a connection thing where your players aren't as responsive as your opponents. Try switching up things on your connection, whether its going wired/wireless, replacing routers, or opening ports..anything could help there. If you are talking about not being able to pick up and shoot in rebounds immediately, try to wait a little bit for your player to pick up the puck and then shoot rather than spamming the shot.
@TheDreadknoxx6 жыл бұрын
Agree with you 100. I’m also div 1

Cool video! I have exactly issues playing like this, quite often got stopped on blue line, terrible! I am wondering, do you often release left stick to decrease speed of player to perform those really wide and fast dongles like on 8:59 where you do almost 270 degree turn in split moment? Can you make a video for those with the on screen controls visible from instant reply? That would be really appreciated!
@Operaatoors7 жыл бұрын
All righty, seems like 14:34 answers my wish :) Yeah! Anyway, what I mean, more of those practice mode replays would help a lot and so we could try to reproduce that. Thanks again!

Like the channel been watching since nhl17. I got 11 overall last tourney, but i still have problems with guys that play comp d or do alot of skillzoning, i usually cannot power past them with speed ( my teams very fast) and unless i get momentum early the whole game is slow and opportunities are few and far between

I suck at being patient. Like I have such a hard time doing it!! Another question....why would you suggest going for a 1-2-2 passive and 1-4 defence? I find guys are always....always on me...they have super aggressive defences and your strategy suggetion (other video) doesn't really work. kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3vNeWyvlpJ2mMU His strategies are more pressure based. Not saying one is right or the other...but just trying to understand yours. What I do like is setting my strategies to behind the net. It allows me to master one thing...and one thing only. But apparently BTN only works if the D is in a certain formation. Sorry lots of questions...getting better...but man ..my rating is sub 370 and all the guys are super good. Odd time I'll get someone who I can beat. THANKS!

Show offensive vs skillzone
@Brianstormed7 жыл бұрын
When it comes to skill zone, you have to use your defensemen and get around one of your opponents players, fake a shot, and then take a clean shot at the net. Thats usually the best method, but you could always go for redirects, screens, one timers, or back doors.

This years game seems like it's more about luck than anything else. I have had countless games of being pissed off due to some lame shit like a puck bouncing of the boards and slowly hitting the back of the goalies skate, and in the net, like they can't just reach down and pick the shit up.
@Brianstormed7 жыл бұрын
Depends on the game mode. A game mode like Versus is a bit more luck based just because player overalls are lower and the chances of taking a shot on net are lower. With high overalls in HUT you'll find your players are a lot more consistent with their movement, shooting, and puck handling. Something like the puck bouncing off the boards and hitting the back of the goalies skate to go in is tough luck, but shouldn't happen too often. The luck stuff is more like players keep missing empty nets (from one timers) or the opponent scoring goals from impossible angles because they aren't taking the time to set up and just shoot in on net, then it trickles in.

Thank you for the love. But when we going get video for average players which do. But what about this year the game is bad. I know bacon reply to one your videos then mike p back you reply to bacon. I know we not here to fight we have to support our nhl community. But damn why is it I build a team. I rank in top 400 competitive season and now I’m rank in 6000. Like come Easports with the broken game.
@bonegamesticks55257 жыл бұрын
All suddenly my players can’t skate can’t pass can’t play defense can’t get puck right in front of them change direction when trying get puck change direction when your about to make defense play. Delayed when shooting delayed when passing. Your the only player in their zone where your team to help to set up offense play. Like really ea. And if you call ea or use chat live. They say we give to specialist team. Then tell you go online to ea form to make complains. And that’s where the ea team look so they can fix game. Where hell if we been complaining about this for how many years small problems. Well maybe it time to boycott game next year. Then maybe 2k will make a game then it make ea fix the game.
@bonegamesticks55257 жыл бұрын
I spent $100 last year spent $110 this year. And all they can say is we give your complain to the specialist team. Oh yeah I can’t have hard copy no more bc we gone dlc with games. Is that slap in our face to say we got you again and you can’t trade it back to eb games or game stop. This why board cast and stream my games so ea can go look at damn video themselves which they won’t bc they don’t care.
